NOMA Ceiling Fan with Light | Reversible Maple or Distressed Walnut Blades | Dimmable with Remote | Brushed-Nickel Finish, 52-Inch

The fan is beautiful but there are a few things you need to know. This fan cannot be flush mount or hung by different sizes down rods you can purchase at your local hardware store. It must be installed just as you see it. I have 10' ceilings and I originally wanted to use a 12" downed but i couldn't use it because a different down rod will not fit. You need to use the down rod provided. I went ahead and had it installed as is with the down rod provided and with 10' ceilings the bottom of the light was about 102" - 103" above the floor. I still feel good airflow. My fan was originally making noise when our fan guy put it up so he took it down and removed the top housing. Turns out the inner remote sensor was not attached inside the housing unit the way it was supposed to be. It was an easy fix. Now it is up and quiet and not wobbly or noisey. It wobbled a little at first but I just pushed the fan on tje rod a little to the left to straighten it out and that fixed the problem. The top of the fan has the switch that reverses the blades. If you cant feel airflow make sure its on the correct setting on that switch. The remote is nice. Its not a super bright white but its white enough to work with my bright white switches. I love the clean modern look and it matches our decor. This fan is made in China.

I'm using the fan in my bonus room, i live in a southern state and it gets a little hot, no dual zone a/c. so far so good the fan works great almost silent, and it looks great

We bought 3 of these for a home renovation project, but they were terrible. Like some of the other reviewers mentioned, ours were extremely noisy and had a weird grinding sound. One of them worked fine for half a day before it started making the sound. One also had broken pieces on the light fixture that meant we weren't able to fully assemble it. We also learned that the remote for one fan would operate the others unless you change some settings on the fan. Doing so after you install it isn't an option, so turning on a fan in one room meant that the others turned on as well (if the main light switch was on for the other room). One other thing to keep in mind is that the light is really focused due to the design. It is focused in the area immediately below the fixture. We ended up returning them and bought some that filled the room with light.

This fan makes a statement with its looks and it’s ease-of-use. The remote is valuable. No more getting up and using a wall switch. If you are looking for something with a contemporary look this might be your next ceiling fan.

Looks and works great! Had a choice of 2 fan blade colors to choose from while assembling. One choice was much lighter (white oak) and the other side of the blades was darker as per picture. Very happy with it.

My handyman installed four these fans in three hours. He said they were well put together. They're terrific.

I ordered this ceiling fan, it looks great with my modern/transitional decor. I just wish it was tighter to the ceiling. Could I cut the bar that hangs down in 1/2 and have it still work well?
