Q: Does it taste like restaurant version?

No, I am very sorry because I love the restaurant version, this is good coffee with the normal coffee taste. I have searched for the “restaurant” version for home but have been told that it is for commercial use only.

Q: How many servings in an 8.8 ounce package?

According to manufacturer's Web-site:"A 200g or 250g pack of Ground coffee should make approximately 24 to 30 cups of coffee. As for Instant coffee based on a 1.8g serving should make between 52 to 105 cups depending on the size of the jar 95g or 190g. just like any other coffee, so many scoops per cup. than adjust to make it weaker or stronger to suit your taste.
