As the title states, the tablet is great. We bought a second one for the house. In my opinion, this is the best "budget" tablet out there. RCA is an established brand and the one time I had to deal with customer service everything went great!Great tablet. My last daily use tablet was the older model RCA with detachable keyboard. After about 3 years, it slowed down just like any other electronic. It still worked fine (just slower) and that's what went into my decision to stick with the RCA brand tablet.This newer model is a couple inches bigger. Took me a day to get used to but I love the large screen. When attached to the near future size keyboard it acts like a tablet. And I love to use the keyboard for writing long emails, memos, etc... It's better than using the touch keyboard that takes forever to type something other than a text message.The operating system runs great. No problems at all playing the newest games and apps from the Google without any issues. Touch screen works great, and the tablet offers many settings to make it suit your needs. I'm very happy with the way the tablet runs. And if it runs this great for 3 years like my last RCA, I'll be even happier.My dislikes are the battery life. It's really not that bad, but compared to other tablets it lacks. I'm only talking 1/2 hr-1hr shorter than expensive brands, not bad at all. Also I really miss the mini HDMI out in case your tv or whatever doesn't have a "cast" "mirror" option. My last RCA tablet had one and it was a great option that put them ahead of the competition.I highly recommend this tablet for the price. I feel it's the best budget tablet out there. As long as the tablet keeps working this good I'll probably purchase a new model a couple years from nowI don't know why people would pay over $500 for a apple, samsung, etc... If one of those break, the repair cost is more than the price of a new RCA that works just as well and had the same options and accessories.Thanks,Joseph P

This tablet is much faster than my old one. Also it's very easy to set up. Even I could do it by myself. The battery life is only about 3 hours, which could be a problem for some people but I don't mind. There is one problem and I'm waiting to hear back from seller. The screen auto lock feature doesn't stay locked and that is rather annoying. Anyway the return date has passed because I didn't get around to setting it up right away. Probably would have kept it anyways. Except for this one problem, I like it very much. This is my second RCA tablet.

Bought this about a year ago. About Christmas it stopped charging. After finally looking up the warranty and contacting the manufacturer got an RMA and in this they inform me I have to pay a service fee (in addition to paying to and from postage)of $30.00. So bewqare of these, I am told by their customer support that warranty only means that they do not charge for replacement parts, you have to pay for postage and labor. While it has a big scrwwn 11.6" and is great for watching movies, I wqill never waste my money on one of these again.

With the latest Android software (Pie), this can be either a large tablet or a small computer (use the keyboard). It's NOT a laptop but it works very well for on-the-go. Do your email, surf the web, read, play small games, watch TV, stream movies, or YouTube. You can access social sites but not all their features will work. I don't suggest it for serious Gaming. You can make it into a phone, even with video. Probably other stuff I haven't figured out.

This is a good tablet for the casual user. The antenna for the Wi-Fi is a little weak, but other than that it works great. I did add a 128 gig micro usb to mine. I don't have any problem with the screen for brightness or clarity. The processor works fine for casual use. Over all a nice tablet for the money.

When we received this unit, turning it on very easy to set up about 10 to 15 minutes, lots of updates on this unit took another 30 minutes or so and it was ready to go , battery life is good we watched a couple of movies on it with one charge very surprised, key board is good, the only issue is the touch pad it's a little to sensitive for us not sure how to adjust it yet, nice display. We like that we can use it as a laptop or a tablet just remove the keyboard. This unit works for my wife and I we enjoy using it

The tablet looks impressive, does everything it is supposed to do, and it is easy to use. I use it for searching the internet, finding and creating you tube videos, creating lesson plans, and more. It is large enough to feel like a real computer and see a good size picture. It is small enough to carry around so I am always connected! I love my new electronic device!

This is the second RCA that I've purchased. The 1st one, the Galleo, had some faults with blue tooth and screen not as good as the Delta. Now the Delta had problem with battery - total discharge for some reason, dampness or cable, or charging off of computer. So thinking it was under 1 year warranty -$30.00 check to RCA to look at it or fix it if I send it to NY. SCAM. It only $120. and they still might charge for fixing replacing and returning.

This is my 4th RCA tablet - they all still work, they just are different sizes and different Android numbers. These are great for people who need a basic tablet. I use mine mostly for entertainment like social media, surfing the net and watching downloaded videos. I cast my videos to my Smart Tv so I can watch them on the big screen. What I love about these tablets is that they come with 32 gb of space and you can add up to 128 gb of space by installing a micro SD card. Other tabs have as little as 8 gb of space so this one is very good, in my opinion. I bought a 128 gb SD for $19.63 here on Amazon- also a very good price. These tablets are listed as 'used- like new' and it's very true- it looked brand new to me. This Delta Pro with Android 9 works much faster than my Galileo Pro 11.5 inch with Android 6. I do miss not having the HDMI port (my other tabs all had them) but other than that, I'm extremely happy with this purchase.

J'ai eu 2 tablettes. 1 des deux avait un problème, Google Play n'arrêtait pas de planter et toute les applications plantait. Donc j'ai avisé le vendeur. Immédiatement il m'en on envoyé un autre. Aucun retour a été nécessaire, donc moins de complications. Je l'ai reçu en 3 jours seulement. Elle fonctionne très bien.Très satisfaite du produit et du service.

Very happy with his tablet. I like the large keyboard especially since I sometimes have problem typing on a virtual keyboard due to arthritis. Also nice keyboard detaches when preferred. this is a very versatile computer type tablet. it loaded up my apps quickly. No trouble with setup either. Packaged extremely well and arrived safely. Sound system is what I consider for this very well priced tablet. If your on a tight budget, then this tablet would be a good choice for any age group. If you're lookng for more Mac or Windows expectations for programs they have and you use, then I would suggest you purchase those tablets but if like me you're looking for a decent low budget tablet that has google play for example, get this one. i had no trouble syncing this tablet to my network computers or my cell.

Broke after the first year will not charge or do anything. Now dealing with extended insurance I bought. Which is a joke spending hours and hours on the phone with them. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL THIS IS FOR MY 10 YEAR OLD GRANDAUGHTER>
