I got this for my 8yo niece who loves drawing cute things. She loves it! I recommend it for kids who love to draw and are getting into manga/anime/comics. I'm sure it's great for adults as well, who love the chibi style.

The illustrations are awesome very talented artist as far as a learning book it has a lot of information but not very detailed tasks, the step by steps portion isn’t well directed and very short
