This satelite box was easy to set up and produced excellent sound and picture quality. However it had two faults.1) When setting up the wireless LAN in static IP mode it would not accept any of the usual public DNS addresses hence I could not get it to work on the internet. I was unable to test whether it worked in DHCP mode.2) The favourites utility was very strange. The folders for saving your favourite channels in were all labelled with different satelite names and could not be changed. When saving favourites you store them according to content, news, music, films etc. not according to what satelite they come from. Most people only watch one satelite. What were the makers thinking?The makers really need to have a rethink on this device.

Another reviewer said the software is poor.i would like to add the user friendly software is poor the manual is not worth writing just has two pages not helpful atall stay away from this if you don't want to pull out all your hair.might be sending this back.now setup will see how it goes
