This book is excellent
This book helped me pass my CCNA exam. Now, this book doesn’t teach you everything from zero. It assumes you already have knowledge of the material. I used this book more like a way to review and understand the concepts better before my exam. Thanks to the author Allan Johnson who did a great job with this book

A good resource for the exam. (Passed 1st try)
Its way easier to flip back and forth thru pages rather than a computerized PDF. Made studying for my exam much more effortless. Also a good desktop reference for common configurations. CCNA is basically a test on the owners manual for CISCO ios, and this is that manual.

Great book. Perfect for what you need it for.
Used it while taking a CCNA boot camp. It was very helpful when referenced. It didn’t have any practice questions or nothing that would test what you have studied. However, I did pass my CCNA.

Compact version with just the right amount of info
I did it a little less traditional, but the book served its purpose of having a brief review before the test. I succeeded and gained my CCNA, so I guess it worked.

Best book for right before the test. Schedule the exam now. Don't wait.
I failed my first attempt at the CCNA. I didn't get upset. I went home and searched for a cram book and got this. I read it in 2 weeks and retook the exam and passed. This book is definitely something you need. I used boson exam, Pearson lab simulation and the Cisco official 200-301 cert books. Also jeremys IT lab on YouTube and cbt nuggets.

this book gave me great answers to a lot of the question and the book format follows the test format

This definitely helped me for my CCNA, but is also a great for reference for later.
