A quick and simple way to lay paving. Just level ground pour out Slablayer and sprinkle with water. Then you are ready to lay the paving straight onto the Slablayer base.

Disappointing
The principle of this product is good. The consistency was too fine and on adding water caused rivulets and spilled away from where I needed it to be. I purchased 3 bags. 2 bags were unopened. I left them in the garage and when I went to use them they were 2 rock solid slabs of concrete. A complete waste of money considering this product was not cheap.

Not great
In order to get a good set you need to add lots of water...problem is, when you add the required water it just washes the material away or leaves divots.Had to finish off with actual pointing mortar
