One of the knobs on the glass lid was split....was abruptly told: "We don't have spare knobs". Not impressed by customer service at all.

Very disappointed when it came to assembling pans - the screws were far too short and my husband had great difficulty in attaching the handles which was only achieved by brute force!

Before I made the decision to order these pans , I checked the reviews and had hoped I’d be the lucky one..... but sadly my intro is to tell you to believe them.In the order of the pictures above:1. The glass lid - the only knob to fit the base cracked (with a mini explosion) with little pressure applied to screw the knob to the glass lid.2. The second knob was too big to fit the holes of either base that is positioned on the inside of the lid.3. The screw to attach the long handle to two of the three frying pans only screwed on when the silver branded cover wasn't used. The screws were too short or the branded cover was too big. Whatever the issue, I spent too much time unable to connect the handles to two of the pots.My worst ever purchase from Amazon to date. The frying pans look so lovely but it was impossible to set them up to use. Such an inconvenience having thrown out my old frying pans because of fear of the likelihood of toxicity being leaked in to my food from the scratches on the non stick coating. I highly ceramic coated pots but do not recommend this one. Very unfortunate it didn't come with the lid knobs and frying pan handles already attached.

The pans look and feel great. Had lots of trouble in the assembly of the handles with the decorative loops. In fact, assembled one without it. I think the screws should be longer. Other than that, they are great.

Terrible missing parts, impossible to assemble I’m sending them back

I ordered this product and I must say that I'm extremely happy.The ceramic is strong and so easy to clean. I feel safe in the knowledge that using ceramic pans is healthier than to cook with other materials.The design is slick. It looks good in my kitchen:)I recommend

Really happy with this product. Excellent on a med to low heat and so easy to clean. Put them together right in the first place and you will have no problem.
