Question 1

Is there a subscription fee for these Smart IDs? Are they maintenance free?

Accepted Answer

Each SuperID comes with lifetime subscription built-in. They are maintenance free, meaning that they contain no batteries or electronics, and are made of tough materials. The Dynotag Cloud Service keeps all the data and manages access.

Question 2

What if I lose or damage the SuperID - can I replace it? Will I have to re-enter all my information again?

Accepted Answer

Each SuperID comes with an automated lifetime replacement program that is unique in the industry: You can replace the product at any time, for any reason. No proof needed. The replacement ID will automatically copy the information from the old one.

Question 3

Is there a built-in incentive reward program for those who help?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for Good Samaritans in helping your recovery, there is a gift and a "Thank You" letter on the owner's behalf. We also run the ShelterAngel charity program for any of your friends or acquaintances adopting a pet from a shelter.

Question 4

Do you make other kinds of Smart IDs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer a full selection of purpose-built Smart IDs for Medical IDs for emergency and everyday use. We also offer Pet IDs and Property IDs for every application. We even offer bulk sticker Smart IDs for asset tracking and management.

Question 5

Do I need a special app for my mobile devices or Mac/PC?

Accepted Answer

No, SuperIDs use a "WebApp" - an app that loads into any modern web browser. This enables the owner to use any web browser on smartphone, tablet or PC to manage their Smart IDs. Viewers can use a QR reader or just visit the web address on the tag.
