Jabra GN9125 Mono Flex-Boom Bundle Wireless Headset for Deskphone with Lifter

I ordered two of these for our receptionists and one worked out of the box and the other one was DOA. Amazon replaced it no questions asked and it worked fine for a few days but now it has background static. Looks cheap made once its out of the box and all the cords run out of the bottom which makes it look horrible sitting sitting on a desk with the rats nest of wires all lumped under it.

Does not work! We could not hear anyone and they couldn't hear us. We tried to reach customer service, no answer or busy was all we got when we tried to call. Started searching the net for blogs and possible fixes and discovered that this was not such a good buy, by some of the other postings we ran across. We will continue looking for a head set for our phone, but will be a little more diligent on checking the reviews!Thank goodness we purchased it through Amazon and can return it with piece of mind!

After only a few months, this headset would not work. A high-pitched continuous sound is the only thing you hear now when trying to use this headset. Neither Amazon nor JABRA would replace or stand behind this product because it crapped out days after the return window date. VERY DISAPPOINTED in JABRA. Shame on you for unwillingness to send a replacement - had been customers for 20 years.

Works just fine.

The charger was not the one for this unit and I tried replacing it and was told that the tower was not working so the whole thing is no good. I was sold a product that now has to be returned and I have to hope that I can get my money back.

Management fails to acknowledge defects. YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH DEPENDABLE RESOURCE PRODUCT AND DEFECTS. I wish I never bought from Dependable Resource. DO NOT BUY. VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Dependable Resource DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS go without acknowledgement.
