I bought this battery to replace the one in my - don't laugh - flip phone. I was sent the BR56, a free upgrade that is supposed to last longer between charging. It doesn't last as long as the old battery I'm still using. Judging from the other reviews, I'm not the only customer who bought a dud. I should have kept the packing materials to return it, but silly me. How did I know this battery would be a dud? Live and learn...

Although the item did not resemble the image of the battery I ordered I put it in the phone anyway and according to the directions put the phone on to charge for over 12 hours. Despite indicating charge completed when the phone is turned on there is no capacity in the battery. Only one element is displayed on the meter.

The BR50 is the original battery, the BR56 is the battery sent to me. Not sealed, unless a piece of tape to close the plastic bag is "sealed". And I wouldn't care if it wasn't dead dead dead. I have a 15 year old dead battery, a 14 year old dead battery doesn't help. I suspect somebody bought a bunch for pennies, some work and some don't so they ship it out and hope for the best.I got refund so not a big deal.

The battery did not work, I was shipped a different battery than what I requested and was told that it would work. When it didn't I requested a return shipping label and told I had to pay the return shipping cost of 10.20. I am a very very dissatisfied customer

It works with my HTC 4G phone. keeps my phone working for about 18 hours--wish it was more like 2 or 3 days. Don't know longevity yet.

Didn't work on my phone. Very reasonable on return at my cost.

My brother can finally use his phone.
