3M Bondo Fiberglass Resin 0.9 Pint, Stage 2, Waterproof Formula for Repairing, Resurfacing, or Rebuilding Metal, Wood, Fiberglass or Masonry Surfaces (401)

Fiberglass repair is a pain to do. In my case, a very large thick (i.e. 200 lbs.) block of ice off edge of high roof came down, hit a bird feeder, turned 90 degrees to house and landed on my upside-down canoe breaking the surface in several places. Used Bondo fiberglass repair with short fiberglass threads for the two biggest breaks. Used this product for the others and for final surface coat over the two biggest breaks. This product was exactly what I needed and did the job extremely well. After final sand and thorough drying, I used a color restorer on my red canoe. Where I had used this product (clear), the repairs are barely noticeable. Of course, the gray Bondo with fiberglass threads looks terrible, but clear was not available at the time. This clear Bondo resin was far and away the best fiberglass repair product I have ever used. On the inside of the canoe, it will do the job and be barely noticeable.

It was great resin loved it did what i needed for my fiberglass repairs just needed a lil more hardner I used it to make my fenders fit better since i purchased ebay knockoffs the fitment was rough now its great filled cracks and holes as well in my project car wish wash cheaper but what can you do

Product worked great. The only problem is that there is not an easy way to measure the correct mix of the resin and the fixer.

Perfect! I learned that you can mix this with a little bondo and it forms the perfect topcoat for large 3D printer sculptures

Used 10 drops hardener to 29 ml resin. Mixed well with popsicle stick for ~40 seconds. Took longer to "set" than what the can says, so be patient. BE PATIENT. Would buy again.
