Bosmere Haws Slimcan Metal Watering Can with Round Rose, 2-Gallon/8-Liter, Burgundy

I adore this watering can. It is everything it claims to be. If you have the money for it at current price, fine. But I certainly don't have the money for which it is now offered here. I don't know if the exchange rate went up (it is, after all, from England) or what, aside from that, may have changed. All I know is that I paid slightly less than $56 for this watering can, and it would not have been accessible to me at the current price. I'd suggest that anyone of limited means (I am retired) who is looking at this right now bide time. If the exchange rate or whatever it is that drove the price of it up suddenly decreases, buy it. For what I paid, it's a steal, and perhaps it is at this price, double what I paid. But no matter what it's worth, I certainly couldn't afford it at current price.And by the way, I am not the least bit interested in "elegance." I am a longtime gardener, and I value function over frills. This is an extraordinarily good watering can when it comes to function.

Wasn't sure about spending this much money on a watering can but, after a few weeks use, I love it. Is a pretty large can and quite sturdy though lightweight. The rose took a bit of getting used to but is absolutely perfect for the new plants. This one is a long-term keeper!

This is the second one of these cans that we have. Yes, they cost a lot but they are well built and they will last a very, very long time. The handles are well placed and welded nicely. The cheap can I bought at a local garden store lasted 2 yrs and fell apart in my hands. The first Haws watering can we bought has lasted many, many yrs and I am sure this one will, too. This is a terrific item.

The can is beautiful, well balanced for carrying with one hand. The price was high but the product reflects that value.

This watering can says quality from the construction to the nice little brass "Haws" label on top, but what about that paint flaw right next to the label? I didn't return it because it was "just a watering can", but at this price, I expected a little more observation from the Haws quality control department. Other than that, it really is a nice product that should last for many years. Sure beats the cheap plastic stuff we usually see in stores.

Simply a super great watering can....worth every penny and it's beautiful to look at!

I purchased this watering can because I was fed up with the inferior ones at Home Depot. It's a great product and worth the premium price. Ultimately, you get what you pay for.

This can is a classic and having had this for a few months I can see why. It's easy to carry, it balances very nicely and pours extremely well. It's also very well-made and has proved to be durable. I'd strongly recommend buying this if you do a lot of watering. It may be expensive but you'll never have to buy another can.

Material und Verarbeitung sind sehr gut. Einzig der schon etwas stolze Preis ist happig! Aber es ist auch ein schönes Deko Stück für Garten oder Terrasse.

Endlich ein Produkt, dass auf der Terrasse nicht nur einen Nutzwert hat sondern auch noch hübsch anzusehen ist wenn der Messingkopf in der Sonne funkelt.Der feine Gießstrahl ist für unsere Bedürfnisse ideal.

Das Gerät wird tatsächlich als Gießkanne genutzt. Die Schwerpunktverteilung ist sehr gut.Macht Spaß damit zu hantieren

Die Kanne war ein Geschenk für meine Tochter. Sie passt sehr gut in ihren Garten, ist allerdings deutlich schwerer als eine Plastkkanne.
