I purchased the mango flavor and it's actually enjoyable to drink. No funky aftertaste and dissolves fairly well in water ( you will need to shake it a bit if you let it sit for long). I look forward to taking this because it's the only "sweet" thing I get on a regular basis. I've definitely noticed improvement with regard to recovery. before this muscle soreness has been intense (especially my quads and abs). This product has had an almost miraculous effect, now after taking this after workout I haven't experienced any muscles soreness.

I was using suffola protein mix.. I thought to change it after 2 months.. Tried this and I regret buying it. I found it's way sweeter than other protein shakes and I'm worried my diet plan will break because of this extra sweetness. I'm missing my old protein mix already. I have to finish this 1 kg big pouch now 😖

This is a superb product, I'm writing this review after using this whey for 15 odd days and I can say that it's upto the mark. Tastes quite good, but don't expect this to taste like milkshake, it's a supplement. It digests easily, very mild on digestive system, dissolves well with liquid. I can feel that it's working, though It's not been too long since I started working out and I've tried only few brands, this also looked as good as those, it's price was on the lower side so I'm happy with this product.

This tastes so good..it just refreshes you.. You can immidieatly feel the energy level going up after taking 1 scoop..don't know about the muscle growth and all coz i didn't see a much difference which i don't think the powder is to be blamed..if u want to intake some whole amount of like protein,vitamins n minerals,this is best!!

I've been using protein powders for a long time now for strength training and for trekking expeditions to supplement my diet in the mountains.The mixing ability of this protein is very good and to top it of the consistency of the protein powder is very good when mixed with water the mix is thick unlike other powders where the mix is quite watery and thus unpleasant rather unenjoyable in drinking which is not the case with this product so a big thumbs up!

I am using this protein after my running and cycling and it provides a good muscles relaxation for the mild workouts...really work very well..Deliverdwith good packaging...it is best in flavor, as I ordered my fav mango one , n taste is too good and have good absorbency...Best for beginners , Very happy with this product. Even I'd say that 5-stars are also less for this product.

This was my first purchase for this brand...It was a very delightful experience. I have used some Indian brands but the quality of this protein is far superior to those. It has a perfect blend of all the three essential proteins which makes it perfect for beginners.
