Almost always broken
The media could not be loaded. I have brought 2 of these few weeks back and one of the light broke, I thought it was ok. But when I bought one more, this has broken bulb too. When I reached to customer care, they denied to take any further action on replacing this item and instead were saying that “ It was intact while being delivered”. I am not sure what keeps them say, so they have a video? But I do. CC isn’t great!
