Roller Derby Elite Alpha 125 mm 3-Wheel Inline Skates

I received these today, and I returned them today. I wear an 8.5D in Adidas, Nike, New Balance, Asics, etc shoes. I ordered the 9's and they fit well, Except the bottom strap on the right boot. I dont know if it had a manufacturing defect where one of the grooves was flattened or if that happened when I tried to tighten it the first time, but it would not tighten past a pretty loose point. It kept slipping and it wasnt tight enough on my foot, so I sent them back without even trying to skate in them. They look nice, but if they have issues right out of the box they are not for me.
