Semi-metallic pads offer quiet, smooth operation leaves some to be desired
I'm reviewing these two weeks after installation: The pads appear to be semi-metallic composition, though difficult to tell with proprietary, non-disclosure. Pads are okay, though don't seem to stop as quickly as Mazda Genuine pads. Overall initial impression: Smooth, quiet stopping. Not as much bite or stopping power as genuine pads.

The Brembo rotors I purchased featured excellent machining. Made in Italy. The pads, however, are made in China, so I'm not surprised that the metal backing plates are a little rough around the edges.
