Firstly, the shop had proceeded an order pretty quick. Next, the delivery was really fast. They took like a couple of days to distribute their product. I placed an order last Sunday night, now, a parcel has been in my room before 10 o'clock on Tuesday. The way of packaging is really professional. I checked everything step-by-step and very satisfied. However, the mattress which I ordered is a double size with pocket sprung. It is pretty heavy. Please be aware of its weight, seem to need one more person to carry out the way to your bedroom. One more thing needs high attention it is about plastic covers. There are two layers. Gently cut along the first layer, not a vacuum one. After cutting it off, the mattress will suddenly expand to the original shape, absolutely rectangle. It happened quickly, so we need more space to step away during it is expanding. Finally, Its height and firmness are good for us. They deserved for the price. I thought it is really worth for us.

Like that it's very comfortable, supports your back whilst sleeping or laying on the mattress, love the mattress because it's pocket sprung and not the rubbish quality that's out there in shops which is memory foam and definitely for money - 12 out of 10 🤘👍😘💋

UPDATE:- NOW BEEN SENT TO THE TIP!LASTED 6 MONTHS!! Absolutely useless! (See last pic!) Avoid and buy a better brand.An absolute waste of money. The cover failed after 3 months. See the pictures, this is the luxurious cover they claim is hard wearing.Purchased in early Jan used till end of March.And this is with a mattress protector as well over the top of the mattress.The return date had expired, seller refusing to pay courier costs to return the mattress, had to get Amazon involved who then gave me false information about the A-Z Amazon Guarantee. Ended up with the Amazon paying the courier charges and awaiting refund from Amazon.Avoid this bed company, there is no warranty at all after the return period has passed, and will refuse to pay any charges to return the product YOU paid for in good faith that should last at least 5/6 years!If you bought a mattress on the High Street, you'd get 12 months warranty minimum, not here though, if it fails you can lump it.....a bit like their mattresses.UPDATE : Now Amazon have refused refund under their own A to Z guarantee! , even though the company won't even send a returns label and close the claim every time. Really is a poor and shoddy way to operate from both the seller and Amazon, no matter how many operatives at Amazon say I won't be out of pocket and the customer is our main priority. Obviously not in this case.

Avoid to buy this product.Edges all around the mattress are extremely soft and as soon you seat in this areas be prepared to hit your bum in the actually bed (depending on your weight). Made sex on it and mattress causes a lot of noise. Haven't slept on it yet as I just received it today (I'm actually writing this whilst in bed) but I know now that, 1st was a mistake buying this kind of product online and recommend going to a actual shop and 2nd I know that I have to purchase another one within the next couple of months. Mattress seems quite smaller, and there's quite a significant cm of gaps all around the bed M, despite buying the right since. Yet, in the middle of it I quite firm and gives some comfort.

My old mattress was completely done and actually causing pain in my back and hips. Wasn’t sure what firmness I needed, just knew the other one had never really been right. Figured I would give this one a shot because at the price, it wouldn’t hurt to try it even for a few months - nothing could be worse than the old one.So glad I did. This is so comfortable and a good size and thickness.Wasn’t too hard to set up (once you get past the thick staples on the box and get it out. Remove plastic, lay flat on bed then remove the last bit of plastic and air starts to expand it out. Leave for a few hours and you’re ready for a great night’s sleep.

It is incredibly soft so if you're after a harder mattress don't get this one . It's comfy but more memory foam than spring.

I think that it's great value for money, I was a bit short of cash but our mattress was giving me a bad back, so I took a gamble on this one, and it payed off!!!! I'm very pleased with it, the instructions on how to open it are easy and self explanatory. It was heavy so it took two of us to lift and take upstairs.Well worth it. It does say medium to firm, and it's more medium, and softer towards the edges, so easy to get on and off. I like it.
