Excellent value for price, superb support
I bought this device to track my bike in an area where bike thefts are common. Overall, I think it is excellent value for price, easy enough to set up, comes with a great app and outstanding customer service.Pros:- size: it is tiny, fits in my bike’s frame- ease-of-use: it was easy enough to find a SIM card that works, basically it just needs to support 2G (which most cards do, a simple 2G/3G/4G triple sim for £5 will do)- instructions are pretty clear- if you’re stuck, customer service is available through WhatsApp, they reply quickly and professionally and will resolve any issues- price: cheap for its value!Cons:- none really, I’d maybe suggest 1) adding approximate battery life to the instruction booklet, 2) give examples of SIM cards that are known to work and have known APN-s, 3) add the feature of multiple admin numbers.
