Acer Chromebook 14 CB514-1HT - (Intel Celeron N3350, 4GB RAM, 64GB eMMC, 14-Inch Full HD Touchscreen Display, Chrome OS, Gold)

I got it this morning. I have been a Chromie for 6 years and the reason I bought it was my old chromebook was falling to pieces. My dog had knocked into it a couple of times and it is currently held together with duct tape. My fault not the dogs. Anyway when I decided to go for it, funny what a spot of lockdown can do. I wanted metal body, full HD, backlit keyboard, and the keyboard had to be good as I like to type fast. I got it this morning, and am very pleased with it. The machine is a complete revelation after my old none HD book. It has all the features I seek, and because it's backlit I can type in the dark with ease. The really great thing about Chrome is that all I had to do was sign in with my email and password and all my files, and all my other stuff is there ready to go. My old Toshiba is now put away, having power washed it. Which is great as it takes it back to original without the tiresome problem of wiping everything. So what I find is stylish, user friendly, great screen. Happy me.

It's amazing! I love everything about it. Quick start-up, slim, sleek design, touchscreen, opens flat, backlit keyboard... the list goes on. Life changing for me, after waiting 30 min -2 hrs for my windows 10 laptop to load all of its crappy updates

I have only had this one day but so far I am very impressed.Bought from Amazon Warehouse. Great value. Touch screen, back light, great HD. Very light to lift and looks lovely. Delighted.

Cannot find the scratches!!!!! My only criticism of the device is that it does not open up flat.

better than a laptop, easy to use

Laptop arrived, cannot turn on AT ALL, overall, VERY DISAPPOINTED with this item as I got it as a gift. Tried calling Acer as instructed to see if they can fix it remotely but can’t seem to get through to them as the line is very faint. WOULD REALLY JUSY LILE A REFUND because I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS LAPTOP AT ALL!!!!Please avoid amazon with laptops and lack of help! Would give zero stars also!
