Excellent
A-1 in all categories. Product, Price, Packaging, Delivery. I have had a Rockwell Sonicrafter since they were first made. It outperforms all the other oscillating tools I've seen.Durable. Mine old one has lasted for over a decade under heavy use and it was the low end home use model.

great tool
It works fine, cuts through wood, plastic, drywall and nails. With metals it is trickier, you'll need better blades than those included in the kit. It could be cheaper too. I have not tried cheaper tools but many of them half price of this one. I bought this kit partly because of the blades, and unfortunately they are not as good as I have hoped. Otherwise the tool is easy to work with and quite powerful

Amazing tool
Cuts like a dream even through wood. Very complete kit and great value for the money. I have a cordless version of this, but is too underpowered for anything bigger than small mouldings, etc. This tool will cut through furring strips in seconds.

Great tool, died pretty quickly, but still VERY satisfied!
I've burned through two different Dremel brand multi-tools, and thought I'd try this Rockwell F80. It weighs as much as a small child. The blade lock takes some getting used to, but it's a reliable system that holds the blade very well. I loved the dual oscillation speed lever too, but I think that's the thing that started going bad pretty quickly. The lever would drop out of gear and slide between the two positions, causing the tool to rattle. Anyhow, after moderate use for only 5 months, it totally crapped out. Lucky there's a decent warranty and after a 5 minute conversation with Rockwell they had a new one on its way to me very quickly. We'll see how the new one holds up. I'd recommend it as long as you have large hands and a strong arm to handle this fat, heavy tool. And I was impressed with their customer service.Update after two years... the second one I got from Rockwell also crapped out after 1 1/2 more projects with HARD use. I beat the heck out of these tools because they're so dang versatile. I make deep plunge cuts into ancient and iron-hard 2x4's, cut metal pipes, etc. So I'm not surprised when they fail. If you use them like a gorilla, as I do, that's expected. But this week I spent only 5 minutes on the phone with Rockwell and I expect that my third tool (for the same single purchase price) will be delivered in a few days for only $5 shipping. You can't beat that!Another update - I am sending yet another one back because of the same issue - the transmission lever that changes the oscillation speed crapped out again and rendered the tool useless. I'm just over 3 years so I'm out of warranty but since it's an ongoing issue they said they'd replace it "just one more time." This makes four in four years. So if you buy this tool just figure on buying another one every three years and replacing it for free 2-3-4 times in between....And yet ONE MORE update! Now on my fourth tool, it crapped out like the rest. The speed lever failed, and it rattles like a banshee. So now I'm pretty sure that I'll look for another brand since this one is definitely out of warranty. Or I could drop another $160 on a tool that I really do like and keep getting new ones with their warranty. But don't expect the transmission on these things to last. Four failures should be enough to prove that.
