So far so good. I haven’t had any side effects from this probiotic. I was looking for another one from this brand but couldn’t find it so bought this one instead. I hope the tumeric will help with joint pain.

good taste and pain relief and easy of use

I’ve recently started having really bad gastrointestinal issues, causing bloating, burping, heartburn, you name it. I changed my diet and still had some issues. I was looking for a clean brand for a probiotic and I came across this one. I really like that it has tumeric in it, as it’s the best for inflammation. It is on the pricier end, but you truly get what you pay for. I can happily say that this product helped me in the way that was intended. I don’t have anymore issues and I feel that I have more energy throughout the day. Be careful what you touch after taking them, my fingers stain yellow due to the tumeric. I touched my cup and the next day I wondered “what the heck is this yellow stuff, I didn’t have mustard?” Haha. Luckily it came out.

This stuff is amazing. I have IBS and it has calmed flare ups and I have not had a bad one since starting this. Life changing!

I don’t know why I thought this would come in a bigger bottle, but I’m not mad. (Picture held next to my face for size reference) The product seems to be working and that’s all that matters :) I have been having some heart-health issues, so I figured I’d give these a try. Not only does it have all the necessary probiotic live cultures to be effective (you need at least 1 billion) it comes in a veggie/vegan capsule (which if you don’t know allows the product to dissolve and be absorbed into the body, unlike the vitamins you’d find at any old drug store, your body can’t break down the capsule as easily and you just pee most of it out) but it also has the added health benefits of turmeric! I have added this and a clove of garlic to my daily routine, and after a couple of weeks, I’m already starting to feel the positive effects it has on my body. Read the ingredients carefully because the capsule that keeps it all together, while vegan, and gluten free, does contain corn and rice.
