the camera quality,picture quality,and zoom are great.That's all I was able to assess.I wanted to use more buttons on the remote control,but there was no user manual to use and when I went online I found out that no such user manual was available and never was available.If this is the case why doesn't the manufacture say so.Also why didn't Amazon check into this,or is can anyone sell stuff on their site and the all Amazon say is "buyer beware".Nice camera but remote is useless to me without a manual.Had to return the item.

AWESOME!
After an initial issue and an email back and forth with the company I figured out that it was user error! Yes we are amateurs but this camera helps us look better!

No way to configure and use the included functionalities. Don'r buy this camera.
I purchased this camera mainly because of the horizontal and vertical flip function that is included in the description, then, the camera does not include any user manual or software for setup, the manufacturer does not have a website neither. There is no way for the camera to be configured. I totally do not recommend to buy this product, there is absolutely no post sales support.
