Letts 2020 Principal Daily Planner, Black, 11.75 x 8.25 inches (C10ZBK-20)

I've purchased Letts journals for years, and most recently a Noteletts notebook, and the paper quality in those products has been amazing: smooth and perfect for fountain pens. While I can still use a fountain pen in this appointment book, I find the paper to be rougher and thinner, and there is a significant amount of "ghosting" . It doesn't have that special quality that I treasure on other Letts products and that makes them so unique. It's a nice enough product, but I don't think that I would repurchase based on the difference in paper quality. Maybe it was a deliberate choice, to keep the thickness of the diary down, but I'd prefer a thicker diary with that special Letts paper. I'll take the opportunity to rave about Letts paper in their other products: it's amazingly smooth and fountain pens just glide over the page and there's very little ghosting. It was "love at first write", and had a certain extra "something" that made it a joy to write on. I may go back to Noteletts or other Letts products in the hope that the paper quality in those has not changed. That paper is an absolute pleasure to write on and makes journals special.

This one is larger than the (8x11?) that I have purchased over the years. This is definitely a desk style book. It is horizontally lined with two vertical columns on the right. Each page has the date, day and holidays printed. It includes current and next year planners and month views at the bottom of each page. I have used this style of Letts Diary for over ten years and will continue to do so.

I have been using letts diaries for years. good sized pages, of course with plenty of room to write. the paper quality is excellent. gm

This is my third year ordering this calendar, and I absolutely love it. Lots of space for each day, and very durable.

Having read the other reviewer’s comment that he had been using this calendar for 30 years, I decided that was good enough for me. This England-made calendar offered exactly what I was looking for —- a page for each day, not fancy or ornate and not expensive. This is the best bargain in town. I love it and will look forward to purchasing this calendar for many New Years ahead.

Useful planner, slight cheap feel to the paper and cover, but overall decent quality.Will likely get the same again next year.

Lays flat! I tried all sizes of the Letts, including the larger 8.5 x 11 and none lay flat like this one. This one is a great portable size. I got one for work and home! Had to add my own monthly though since I realized it doesn't include the monthly view.

I have used the diary for many years and I use it every day to record all of my daily activities which includes spending, bill payments etc. I like it mainly because it has large size pages, for every day with no annoying tin like hinges.Additional pages for Notes ,Addresses etc are other useful benefits.

The book size is nice but the paper inside is a bit thin for my liking.

I have purchased this item from the past through Grand and Toy and I’m alway satisfied with the product. However, the price is much cheaper through Amazon. I will continue to purchase with Amazon moving forward.
