This is my second purchase years after I bought the first one. The name on the product has changed but the features are still the same. The soap holder is very generous and last for ages, depending how often you wash your hands. You can select the amount of soap you want by pressing a button in the top of the unit. Easy to insert batteries as this is held in the top of the product. I’ve got one in my kitchen and one in bathroom both in white. They blend in well with the silver trim. There’s only a small noise when you activate it to dispense soap. Very durable product as I’ve had the first one for over two years now. Many more expensive ones have come and gone. Definitely worth it just for hygiene purposes alone

Very happy with this product, looks very stylish and well made. The only thing I would add is it is a bit pricey,I think £15 range.Apart from that so far it's working and looks good. Easy to set up, took along time to arrive probably due to Covid-19 situation and postal items are arriving late. so if you can wait, its worth the wait, very useful in my house.

I had one before that worked great but gave up last week, I brought a few other makes as they dont make the other one anymore.This one was great as the bottom is flat so stable, the others had strange pegs/fins that cause them to fall over easy if touched. The one i had before was foam whereas this is just the gel, however, it didn't work via neat gel, so I did a 50/50 mix but it comes out very watery.. so might try 70/30 next time.Great and looks good just a shame the mix seems to be hard to judge currently to make it work ie will pump out and not so watery.

The product is easy to install (just slot in the batteries) and turn it on. You can control the amount of soap that it denseness by cycle though on-off operations. The product worked fine for a number of days without a problem.The biggest flaw of the product is the fact that the batteries can slip out and self-lock the battery chamber. The product slipped inside the sink (easy to happen if you have kids), and because of the small hit it took one of the batteries came out. Of course the product stop working. The problem is (and the flaw of the design) that ones a battery slips out of its place, it can lock the battery chamber from inside. As such, you cannot pull out the batteries and reinstall them properly. In my attempt to do that (working blind as you cannot see what is happening inside the chamber) I accidentally made a hole to the plastic tube that get the soap up to the dispenser, making the product unfixable (for a standard DIY person).Even though the product has a flawed design, which can be addressed by redesigning the end of the chamber preventing the batteries from coming out and self-lock the chamber from inside, there is an easy, and quick fix for the current design. You can use tape to hold the batteries together in an event of a drop. Just use some tape and put it around the batteries to hold them together. The tape will hold the batteries in place and will prevent them from locking the chamber in case of a small drop.

I was originally going to return this item as I couldn't get it to work. It wouldn't work with the rechargable batteries I put in so I assumed it was faulty. With hindsight it could possibly have been the batteries at fault.Really glad I bought some normal Duracell batteries and tried it again!It's been working like a Trojan in my kitchen ever since!With four of us in the house CONSTANTLY hand washing due to covid hygiene and dirty hands from pets and the garden etc, the batteries have lasted nine weeks which I think it's really good. Much longer than I expected. Just had to change them today.Dispenses soap easily every time and you have two settings so that you can choose the amount of soap it gives out.Super easy to refill. Takes any hand wash but I'd recommend you water very thick soap down a little.I also bought another soap dispenser for the bathroom which is a different type from this manufacturer - also really good.Overall really pleased and can highly recommend this as a reliable and useful aid in the kitchen or bathroom.

This is perfect & just what I was looking for. I love this dispenser because the batteries are at the top. A lot of dispensers have batteries at the bottom I think if the water gets in the product might fail in my opinion. There are 3 settings & I’ve set it on the middle one which dispenses the right amount of soap for adults. I’ve used thick soaps without a problem and I’ve tried watered down soap, the watered down squirts more & can miss your hand. So I’m going to stick with the thick soap because it falls directly in your palm and there is no mess. I followed the instructions & it was very easy to set up. When you first use it you do have to keep moving you through hand to & fro from under the sensor to allow the soap to travel up the tube. It does appear it holds a lot of soap don’t be fooled, the the soap bottle isn’t as big as you think it might be. The soap bottle is plastic & feels a bit flimsy, I feel the outer could be a bit sturdy too. Once it’s filled you don’t need to really touch. I’ve been using this for nearly 2 months & love it & the batteries haven’t run out yet. By the way it doesn’t come with the batteries. I highly recommend it.

Item is fine except it makes the soap watery. If you dispense a second load, it's then fine. So it appears it somehow stores it inaccurately near the nozzle. I wouldn't pay full price though. I paid £12.99, which I think was fair.

Really like this product, looks great in my downstairs WC, easy to use but had to turn the sensor down to the lowest level of the soap amount dispensed as was lots coming out, overall I would definitely recommend this product.

Después de testearlo más de un año no a dado ni un solo problema, solo acordarse de diluir el jabón un poco en agua para mejor expulsión por parte del aparto, acordarse de cambiar las pilas cuando se agoten, aunque que le duran bastante tiempo, a pesar de no ser alcalinas.

I like the product, gave 3 to my daughter as presents, all working good , but unfortunately the 2 that I ordered recently were defective, not working! Kind of disappointing . Returning of course but hopefully I’ll get a good one this time

Compared to the Simply Human model I previously used, this one is better designed. It's easy to install the batteries and the outside is sleek. Even the LED is a stylish bar instead of a little LED dot. It initially didn't work but after I took the soap reservoir off and dunked the tube end into a sink full of water and activated it a few times it started squirting out water like it should. After that it worked with the soap too. You also need to make sure the tube ends up inside of the soap reservoir rather than outside of it.Update - I bought four and the first one took two years to wear out (in the kitchen so got used a lot).
