Simple, does exactly what I wanted
I am new to midi, and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to set this up with my Boss MS-3. I don't sense any delay in switching. While not tiny, it is thin and small enough to be mounted underneath my Novo 18 along with a Phoenix power supply and disaster area midibox. I bought it to expand a loop on the MS-3 for my own drive pedals, and it was exactly what I wanted. I'm thinking about getting a second one!

Excellent looper that is easily controlled
Excellent looper that is easily controlled. The unit works as described and should get five stars from that point of view. My only knock with the looper is that you can't really turn on the loops without a controller. If my controller dies and I want to go old school but turning on all the loops and then tap dancing my way through the set, there is no simple way of accomplishing this other than creating a preset that has all four loops on and cycling though the presets on the loop expander itself. Not a deal breaker, but awkward.
