Amazing Phone, But Had to Return
I am very confused why this phone has gotten such bad reviews, this phone is almost perfect. I literally cried at how perfect this phone is, literally. I think people just don't understand how to use the device honestly. For example that "black dot" on the screen I see people refer to is the gesture options. The reason why the sd card won't fit is either it's not a MICROsd or you're putting it in wrong, slide it in SIDEWAYS in the far left slot, and put your external storage in the far right slot... Duh.IMPORTANT: This phone does not cover 3g networks/data usage in the US!I am reviewing this from the West US, not California, on T-Mobile service.People who complain about this phone must be spoiled phone brats, it's almost perfect and here's why:Aesthetic Quality -Case: Comes with 2 cases, the default white touch pad and the color you choice, mine said "red" but it's actually pink, just looks darker when you turn itScreen: No scratches, no wear, obviously brand new, came with a screen protector on the phone too for safe shippingScreen Quality -It's pretty much amazeballs, it's slightly grainy in photos and dark backgrounds and isn't as good as "Samsung" or "iPhone", but I didn't want either of those phones! Which btw, they major design flaws themselves.Clock -The clock is a 24hr one, or military time and that can't be changed. Celsius is also the default temp.GPS -The GPS actually calculated my phone as a state away and I couldn't adjust the clock manually. Not sure about the maps, didn't have it long enough to use it.Ringtones -The default tones and alarms are actually pretty cool and the alarm sound will actually wake you the hell up!Call Quality -It's a phone call, it doesn't ring on your end when calling someone but you have the option of it vibrating when they answer. The sound seems low, but comparable to other smart phones I've used like the Samsung Galaxy. My old phone actually had a really loud ear piece, but this phone has so much more it's the better trade off. I mean who makes phone calls anymore anyways? I'll just skype-time your snap-apps!Sound Quality -The app sound quality was so loud it was like peopling screaming at me in the room, I had to turn it down not to be a jerk basically, I've never had to do that with my old phone!Charge -It holds a charge overnight/in idle. It also comes in default battery saving mode and has a dimmer, a quick time out, and a night mode. It lost charge after testing it by taking 60+ selfies, watching 5 videos, a mini documentary, and using 3 apps at once in about 2hrs...but only by a small percent, so, YEA, it can hold a charge!Apps -It comes preloaded with all the basic apps you need and would want, calculator, calendar, google play store, google hangouts, music, movies, etc. My biggest questions that no one answered was can it download social media apps and do they work? YES! It does: Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and Kik wonderfully. Snapchat has filters/my story/explore other brands. Instagram is one big flowing screen and has emoticons. My old phone was super archaic in smart phone years, Android 2 OS, so yea, I was freaking out.Emoticons -My old phone couldn't view emoticons, but this phone can! Finally I could see what people were actually typing to me! However, there is no emoticon keyboard from what I could see, at least not in downloaded apps like Snapchat or Kik.Wifi/Internet/Data -This phone does not cover 3g networks (basically every network in the US) aka "data". You cannot use this phone with data from what I can tell, no internet surfing or using social media apps without a wifi connection which is essentially why a lot of phone have a smartphone, right?Camera -Back - 13MP, Front 8MP I believe. The photos were amazing, both selfie cam and back cam looked high quality with great details. You can use it in very low lighting, one lamp on and have it look like you're under a spot light. I could see bags under my eyes for the first time and when I blew the photo up I could see pores! It also covers the whole screen or can shrink if you like, plus it has "live" picture mode, basically a video that looks like you took a picture, it hard to explain and panorama (wide picture) mode. However, there is a sort of red tint to the auto camera and it is a bit grainy compared to an iPhone. I'd say it's on par with the smoothness of a Samsung Galaxy 3. Fixes to that include: switching the camera mode, there are like 10, even "Party" and "Candlelit" which actually work for those settings! As well as, using "Beauty Mode" for smoothness or you could just get another camera app - everyone does it. It also has face detection, centering, and touch focus wherever you want on the screen.Touch Panel -There is a back touch pad but my hand kept sliding over it thus switching screens and bringing up the camera. It's so you don't have to touch the screen and can bring up apps easily. Although it didn't work for me when I switched the default "Camera" touch to "Google". It also has something to do with taps or gestures for apps, but I couldn't figure it out.Gestures -They don't work that well, but I also thought it was a dumb feature. What can I say?Cons -The touch pad is hella annoying so I used the other case. There is no data/3g network/internet off wifi.Wifi is shoddy at best and goes in and out at random times and I was standing next to my router.Took 20secs - 1 minute to send messages because I had to wait for retry it constantly.Without data usage: I couldn't have the satisfaction of Googling movie titles on IMDB when I forget, looking at cat videos in the car or proving people wrong on the spot with internet resources, so I had to return it. If it wasn't for that the phone would have been 5 stars perfect and possibly my new best friend. This is so hard to return!

Major audio problem!!!
everything with this phone is good for its price but the headphones jack is the only problem, you can't listen to music because it sound like crap (its because the phone does not input a lot of hertz in the audio jack)
