Why on earth did you change the recipe? Cost cutting? The bar is totally different. I bought dozens of boxes of the old ones for 5 years and these new ones are complete garbage.

I've been buying these protein bars by the case for a few years now because they're one of the best vegan bars I've come across. However, the recent recipe modification was for the worst. Before, they tasted like real blueberry and salted caramel as advertised on the packaging, but now, they taste chalky and oily. I really hope the old formula is reintroduced in future batches.

I used to be a big supporter of sunwarrior products. I’ve been purchasing multiple packs of their blueberry blast monthly for almost 3 years now. I’ve sold it on friends and family, and even included it in a review of a local organic market as a product you should buy.My days of supporting the company are long gone. One of the main reasons that first brought me to sunwarrior was that they offered an option for people who have nut allergies...like I do.They had a bit of a hiatus a few months ago with the product and re-released it to their consumers...without any mention of now including cashews in the re-release. Nothing on the main part of the wrapper, nothing on the box, only in the fineprint on the back after it was too late. You will see in the photos, that there is no mention of nuts, no difference in the old bar vs new bar...nothing.A trip to the emergency ward, and $1000 medical bill is the thanks that you get for being a loyal customer. If McDonald’s re-released the Big-Mac with peanuts in it, I think you would be made well aware as a customer of what you were biting into before any danger strikes.I no longer support sunwarrior, they clearly don't care about their customers.

My husband and I LOVE the old blueberry recipe. When the old bars sold out, we couldn't wait to get our hands on the new ones. We are somewhat disappointed. The ingredients are mostly the same. But it is sweeter to our taste. There is also a distinct taste that I can't identify. If you don't mind these things or never know the old recipe as well as we do, you probably can't tell the difference. The nutrition content is perfect for a meal replacement when you are on the go. It is very filling.

I hate the new recipe. I would send back because it is not what I expected. If I could give it no star I would have

I'm surprised by all of the bad reviews. At first I was indifferent, but now I like the new bars SO MUCH BETTER. Yes they are a little oily, but it's not a deal breaker. They're softer and taste less "fake." I actually still have a few of the *old* bars, and I tried one again, and especially the cinnamon roll has a very fake taste to it. The new recipe is better! Give them a chance.

Did they change the recipe? These are awful. The consistency is gritty and too soft, it melts and feels like sand in my mouth. They used to be chewy with chunks of blueberry and now they just taste like dirt. I bought the box and ate a couple but now they just sit on my counter. I can't even give them to someone because they're so gross. I'd feel like a bad person. 😂

Only request would be that the cost be worked on a bit. They are an expensive item.
