Well made, comfortable and safe pain relief!
I recently had an episode of lower back pain that I hadn't had in years. I forgot how bad it felt and wanted to do something proactive this time around instead of just laying around in pain and taking meds for the pain.I have seen Restorative and Physical Therapy using inversion tables on patients and thought that it may be something worth trying.I saw this table on Amazon and the price was way better than what I was expecting to pay for a good inversion table.I ordered the Yoleo table and it arrived pretty fast. I then worried that at that price this might be some flimsy piece that will be wasted in a year or so, but no! This thing is great! It is well built and it is really easy to put together and set up. I was ready to give it a try in about forty minutes and I was just cruising putting it together. This thing is awesome! I could feel a difference the first time I got on it and inverted. I could feel a huge amount of relief in my lower back, like a gentle stretching and relief of compression and pain. I didn't want to overdo it so I just stayed about 3/4 inverted for about 5 minutes and it was amazing.Every day I go a little farther inverted and stay a little longer in that position and t is really helping with my pain. The table is sturdy and I really like how secure you feel in it. The ankles are firmly secured and you don't slide or move at all as long as you have the height adjustment correct and the ankles secured.I have only been using this thing for a week or so but I am so happy with this thing!I can honestly recommend this to anyone wanting to give inversion therapy a try. This table is well built and should last a long time.I have only one complaint and that is the little rod that acts as the limiter for how far you want to invert will sometimes fall out and I can't figure out how it is meant to stay secured in the frame of the table, but really, I don't ever need it. I just stop myself with the handles when I've reached how far I want to go. That is another thing I like about this table is the handles. You can even do this by yourself if you use the handles to bring yourself back upright.Really glad I took the chance and got this table, I think you will be glad you did too!

Very happy with this inversion table!
8 years ago in high school wrestling, I had a herniated disc in my lower spine that had caused recurring sciatic nerve flare ups through college baseball and workouts since. Working out, deadlifts were completely off the table. After attempting to deadlift I would have terrible sciatic pain that would completely prevent me from any twisting motion, opening doors, etc. I was avoiding surgery at all costs, so I was looking into alternatives. A friend had recommended trying an inversion table, so I gave it a shot. After a couple months of using the table (and a weekly chiropractic treatment) I was completely recovered. I no longer see a chiropractor. I only rely on my inversion table. I have now been able to incorporate deadlifts back in my workouts and have been able to work over 350 lbs for the first time since my JR year of high school. Whenever I feel tension in my back, I hop on the table, and I'm good to go.The reason I'm endorsing this product, is because of how well it's made. This is a really sturdy product. I seriously can't see how they're making a profit on this, as the parts seem to be worth well over the $140 (not to mention shipping). The padding is comfortable. The metal is sturdy, and the ankle fittings are secure and safe and easy to use. My favorite feature is the shoulder supports which the majority of other inversion tables don’t have. Being suspended only by your ankles causes a lot of strain, and the shoulder supports allow you to take a little of your weight off of your ankles if they start to become uncomfortable.I've had friends try out my inversion table, just to show them what it can do. They've all been impressed.

This is great after a day of sitting at work!
I haven’t had any severe back issues but I have a sedentary job and sit for about 8 hours a day. I can feel my back compressing and I like to hang from a monkey bar to stretch it out. Then I saw an inversion table. I would be able to hang longer and it seemed like a great idea to reverse the pressure on your spine. I starting pricing it out and looking at the features different tables can offer. I picked this one because it was a basic inversion table and would be good for a beginner. All the YouTube video warn that inversion tables may not be for everyone. Within one night of assembling I was hooked. I use it as a study break and use it in one minute spirts. It’s also nice to come home from work and dangle for about three minutes it feels so relaxing. My one critic would be how confusing it is to assemble. It is kind of like putting together Ikea furniture. However, I found a YouTube video that was instrumental in assembling it. Just YouTube Yoleo Inversion Table and it is very helpful.

Works nicely.
+Pretty well made. All of the pieces are made out of thick steel, aside from the padding and foam rollers, so it can hold a plenty of weight. The padding is covered in a thick faux leather material, which is very durable feeling.+Very easy to use. See my attached video for how to use it.+Adjustable. You can adjust for height via the leg extension, you can adjust for weight if you use the attached seatbelt, and you can adjust how far back you would like to recline via the bar in the back.+Works quite well. I have multiple back issues from an accident several years ago and after using this everyday for only about a week, I have began feeling some relief.+Folds up to take up less space when not in use.+One side note. I removed the shoulder padding and do not use the seatbelt because I feel that they restrict too much and sort of defeat the purpose of inverting. I prefer to freely and fully stretch out and both of those parts prevent that.+Also if you have any leg hair, I would recommend that you wear pants or long aocks because the foam rollers tend to pull them when you flip back.
