The screen came in quickly and was probably the easiest screen I've ever had to replace. Directions were easy to follow and covered everything needed well. Once I got things running again I thought there was an issue with the touchscreen. I contact the seller who got back to me super fast with some troubleshooting steps to verify if there was an issue with the screen or not. They even assured me ahead of time that if there was an issue they would send a replacement. In the end, the screen was fine and it was Windows settings that needed to be updated to get everything working.

Took me 10 minutes to swap out the old broken screen with the new one. Only the digitizer was broken but I didn't want to spend the time or screw up only replacing the digitizer. My daughter's laptop works like new again.

Got the screen to work momentarily and after reinstalling and trying everything it would only work for a few moments then go black. Talked to local repair shops and they told me it was a defective screen. Messages for replacement without response. Wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this account.

First one received had a faulty LCD, second one worked great. Amazons no hassle replacement process saved this transaction. My sons laptop is back up and working.

It was easy to install and the touch functionality works. Just had to remove the display cable from old screen and use it on this one.

You get what you pay for, especially if you know for what computers it's compatibal with.
