Why has the seller removed all but five star reviews? Isn’t this a big red flag to anyone else?

I don't know if sellers can remove reviews, but I purchased these beans and have had no problems with them. I use them to make sprouts. So far, every bean has sprouted.

Are your spouts super thin compared to store-bought? Am o doing something wrong? Do I need a different brand?

Yes, I have noticed that they are thinner and also shorter. I will still continue to grow them because they are nutritious food that I grew myself and controlled the entire process. I really don't know under what conditions the store-bought beans were grown.

What country are these sourced from?

Considering all reviews except 5 star have been been removed by the seller, I would suspect it’s not the US. I personally won’t buy from a company who does this.

In their description they say cook two to three hours? In my experience with mung beans 45 minutes and they're good to go. What's your opinion?

I would do a 30 minute time in the multi cooker. I however grow micro greens with them. Tasty!
