Great snow tire, 4" wide even though it's labeled 4.25"
Just did my first snow ride on these last night, on an old geometry fat bike that only has room for about 4.5" tires. These fit with lots of room to spare, and they had fantastic grip in 25 degree dry snow.I got the calipers out and measured them. Indoor room temperature, approximately 8 psi, on an 80mm rim, the tread is 92mm wide, and at the sidewall they appear to be right around 100mm (4 inches) wide.Deducted one star because the beads fit so loose on my rims that it was actually hard to get the beads seated fully around the circumference of the wheel. If I upped the air pressure to try to get the full "snap" of the bead seating all the way around the rim, the tire would sometimes pop off the rim, and I even had a full tube blowout at one point. (Ears are still ringing). YMMV, but I recommend fully lubing the bead with soapy water to make it easier for the bead to seat when you mount these. Or take 'em to the bike shop and make it their problem.

Changed my review starting to grow on me
I changed my review they're starting to grow on me a little bit, my biggest complaint was the amount of rolling resistance. I want up by 1Lb front and back and after breaking them in a little bit, they are rolling better now. They have good grip I would think they would be good in the snow.
