Great functionality from an HP printer
Improvement on previous HP printer and free 2 year ink is a bonus. The wireless solution is simple to set up but configuration of duplex 2 sided printing is more tricky to keep set up. Easily works via the HP app with smartphones and tablets as well as laptops and desktops.Scanning and document copying is a breeze to use. This is a great printer for a medium domestic and small office requirement.

Great Customer service from Printerland
This is a very good product at a good prce but I struggled to set up the free Instantink offer. However Mathew at Printerland helped to set it up for me .Mathew was polite helpful and gracious. I would most definately buy again from Printerland.Quick deliveryMany thanks Mathew

Printer is good; shame about the ink
Nothing wrong with the printer. It’s really good. It’s the ‘free’ ink bit. Yeah. Whatever. They give you credit a d reduce the sum by how many pages you print. Im still on the initial printer cartridge yet hardly any ‘credit’ left. I’d recommend the printer but feel a bit duped on the ink. Printer is good tho.

Excellent printer and supplier but there’s a catch with HP
Really good printer and very easy to set up. Excellent customer service from Printerland. However not at all happy with HP. Yes you get the inks free but have to pay £1 for every 15 copies. Kept getting emails from HP to say I had reached my printing limit and I wouldn’t be able to print until next month unless I upgraded my printer plan. If we hadn’t been in lockdown I would be contacting HP customer services but can’t get through now.

Great printer easy to operate and good package with the inclusive ink option

Delivery on time ,and short wait.
I like the smart new look more sleek and less office look .Confusion around supply and receipt of ink. Hence Rating.It is not quite clear why I get message from instant ink of expected bills for ink used, when according to HP I have two years free ink supply. Veeerrry Suspicious.
