Airwave EX26034 Four Seasons Essential Pop Up Gazebo with Sides 2 x 2M (Beige/Cream)

Pro's ..1.. its fairly quick to put up.2...good size for a basic hot tub or an 8ft round style pool,3....2 doorways,4...sandbags come with it.5.. Amazon were quick to offer a rectifyCon's... well for me anyway......1...Bag it came in and was supposed to be used for storage ripped the moment it was lifted (no biggie I had a christmas tree holder it fit in and better quality)2...It takes 2 people to put it up, honestly don't try to do it alone unless you are tall and strong, otherwise you could end up with it on top of you like I did lol3... The roof material is not good quality, mine came damaged with rips but still usable, not sure for how long though as we only put it up on good days just to go over paddling pool for warmth or for shade.Would I buy again, no, the quality isn't good and until they change the quality of the material used the tops will continue to rip with or without wind...

Very happy with the product, harder to put up than the impression given, you have to be quite strong. I am an old lady and have to do it myself, but with practice hopefully it will get easier. Once the frame is up the rest is easy.

I received my Airwave 4 Seasons Gazebo via Amazon UK on 30th March, and decided to take it out of the damaged re-sealed box it arrived in, and set it up for the first time on 4th April as it was a sunny day without wind.Unfortunately, we encountered a number of problems - specifically with the product itself and one problem regarding setup.The instructions are adequate for purpose, with the exception of Step 3, which is not well supported by the accompanying illustration. Although we eventually deconstructed the instruction in Step 3, it took us an inordinate amount of time, and we were very surprised indeed to find that there were no instructional videos available on YouTube to assist us. Most manufacturers do this as standard and it would have saved us a great deal of frustration.In respect of the product itself, there were a number of issues:1. The carry bag was torn in most corners, and where the handle was fixed to the bag, it was ripped (approx.6-8cm), rendering the handle useless.2. Upon setup (having followed the instructions to the letter (including the warnings) it was clear that the roof was too tight for the frame, and needless to say, 3 of the 4 corners had tears before we had even extended the legs! This appears to be particularly bad design, given that there is virtually no play whatsoever on a frame that has considerable movement. The roof was installed exactly as the instructions stipulated, but this did not prevent the tears appearing without warning (tellingly where the stitching was most stretched, i.e. at the corner seam).I cannot fault the frame itself, and the sides are satisfactory for purpose too. However, I am extremely disappointed about the fact that the roof was so ill-fitting and of such low quality and that there was no reinforcement on the corner seams that might prevent this from happening.I e-mailed the manufacturer directly, but received no response. Thankfully, Amazon were much more helpful and have processed a full refund, with the promise to refund my return shipping costs too.I would most definitely not recommend this product, or indeed anything by this manufacturer. Clearly, they couldn't care less about customer service or satisfaction.l

This Gazebo is really good value for money I bought a much more expensive one last year but if I had seen this 1 first I definitely wouldn’t of bought it. Good size 2m x 2m great for the warmer days as 2 of the sides open up also. I’m really happy with it. I would 100% recommend this product and the seller as delivery was pretty quick as well. A⭐️ From me 👍🏾

This is not a cream/beige colour so don’t order if you are expecting the colour in the picture, when it arrived it was a really awful brown/khaki colour.I have had this gazebo before and like the structure of it but didn’t even bother unpacking once I saw the colour

It blew away over a neighbours fence within 4 days of putchasing this i had sand in the bags and it lifted with the wind and got totally destroyed

Even though I required help with the assembly, it was relatively easy to assemble. It is of very good quality, and comes with sandbags to fill for weights. Great value for money compared to others on the market.
