Performed as advertised
Bought this router to use to round over installed mosaic tiles on 90 degree corners (some minor high spots).Used the tool in an angle grinder and it worked well, no chipping or roughness. Just go slow and let it work at high speed. The edge bearing keeps the round-over abrasive at the proper distance. I also bought an adapter to use the round-over in a 1/4" hand held trim router (for close in work where grinder was to bulky) and it worked, but does not have the power of an angle grinder - go slow use water to cool.

Very consistent radius, time saver deluxe
I have never finished granite in any way, although I'm pretty handy, so willing to give it a try. I was apprehensive about this, but after trying to get a radius with a regular disc, I bought the Profiler Router Bit. And I am very glad I did. I saved me a ton of time and the radius is consistent over the entire project. I had a problem with the bearing coming off at first, but found if I turned the grinder to let the bearing ride on top, it was more stable and I could see if it was working it's way off. I used one of the kits with 50-3000 grit pads to polish it out, then a final pass (many) using a small 3" sewn cotton buffing wheel in my drill and white buffing compound. It's not perfect by any means, but my wife likes it and it has a pretty near-match sheen to the polished surface. It' a lot of work, but mostly time consuming, don't try to rush it.
