really good headset.
it is an amazing pair of headset but sometimes small problems can arise like in mine when i press the left earcup the sound from that earcup goes off and when i press it again then the sound comes back. so i have filed my replacement and ill get it soon. you can defenitely buy this headset. keep in mind you might not like the sound of the default equilizer setting coz it happened to me i thought i bought a bad pair of headset but it is not the case when i researched good eq setting on youtube and used it i fell in love with the headset.defenitely a very nice pair of headset if you have the money and the mic is awesome.

Kinda costly , But worth it
Used a razer kraken pro v2 before this headset, it's ear cup started to wear out and started to peel out. So i was looking for an alternate headset. But the razer i was using was reeealy good sound wise (insanely loud and REALLY bassy) So i wasn't sure if this headset would be on the same level as the Kraken pro v2.But the Pro X is LOUDER and the bass is MUCH richer , but to get it to that you have to download the logitech software and mess around with a setting for quite a while to get the perfect sound for you. The mic is good too , but again , you have to spend a lot of time on the Logitech software tuning your mic to find the sweet spot of your mic. It's quite comfy when playing for like 6-12 hours at a time, build quality is nice too.I play rainbow six siege and i could hear the footsteps much more clearly with the surround sound(Don't turn the DTS sound on in the logitech software , deteriorates the sound quality IMO)The only way the mic could've been better is if it was a bit bassier , it's just a bit flat , not anything bad- But yeahIf you don't mind spending a hefty amount of money , this headset is really nice.

One of the best headphone for gaming
This is probably one of the best gaming headset i have ever used. The build quality is superb.Sound Quality is great. There are lots of customization in the GHUB software. You want more bass? Bump the bass up. Treble? Bump it up. So much customization is what sets this apart from other headphones. There is excellent noise cancellation which gives a better-quality sound and keeps the bass locked into the ear cuffs. If you want good microphone quality and the ability to really customize a headset to your audio liking on the fly, then this headset it for you.Note - Please don't use the DTS feature. It's useless.

Best Headset I've ever used for PC gaming
This headset is the best I have ever used. The 7.1 surround is excellent, sound quality is amazing, the noise cancellation works for everything short of my doorbell or a siren (5 stars on noise cancellation because I want to hear those things). I use this for CSGO, DOTA, APex Legends and the random assortment of Steam games I decide to try.Couple minor gripes with the headset, but I think it is by design.#1. They are not very portable. The microphone can be removed to help this, but they do not fold down. I use it for PC gaming at my desk, so this is not a problem. The build quality is sturdy, so that is the tradeoff for not having a collapsible headband or a mic that goes into the headset.#2. The cord is roughly the perfect length from back of PC to my head. The good is it does not get snagged or caught on anything, but make sure you read the length of the cord and measure. Not a problem, and probably a feature since I don't have to fight the cord while using it, but be mindful of that. This all being said, it was 100% worth the money to have a solidly built, solidly designed product.

Commonly reported problem: Loses sound in one ear within a month
Just google "logitech g pro x sound only in one ear" and you'll see what I'm talking about. Without any fall or other damage to the headphones, mine's intermittently losing sound in the right side. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the cable because I tried changing the cable. The headphones sound great if not for this dealbreaker of a problem. For this price and brand, this kind of quality is disappointing, to say the least.

The build quality of the Headset is not upto the Premium Standards. Not a long term Product.
*Headset Sound:-If you want a headset for gaming I will say G PRO X is the best one I have used so far. It have the most accurate sound queues because of the driver tuning Logitech did on it. I have no complaint regarding the Gaming Performance. It is the best headset for gaming and only for gaming. It is not good for Music, Movies and other normal stuff. If you are a serious gamer who is only looking for a hardcore gaming headset then just buy this headset. You wouldn't regret it. But if you are a casual gamer and also want to use this headset for other things rather than only gaming then you should really consider an other headset like a Razer, Steel Series, HyperX, etc.*Headset Mic and BLUE Tech :-Didn't used the mic much because I have the HyperX Quadcast USB Condenser Mic which I use. The sound quality of the headset mic is OKAY not very great as you would definitely expect from a BLUE branded product . The mic is not the BLUE MIC itself. BLUE is only just the in-software tuning nothing else.*The Problems I have faced with the headset:-After using it for 1 and a half year the headset's headband chassis broke (the part that holds the earcup sliders). The Earcups worn out after 8 months of use and now I am using the cloth earcups which are not as good as that leather earcups that comes pre-mounted on headset. The Logitech support refused to RMA the headset which was still in warranty. They said they will only RMA the Driver or Connectors if they become faulty. Because it is a cosmetic damage they will not RMA it. So I have to do some DIY solution to keep it in place with Super Glue and Tape. So for now it is holding the headset together.*I have been using this headset for more than 2 years now. Haven't faced any issues with the sound or the drivers. The build quality of the wire is great. Sometimes the software bugs out which can result in headset not producing any sound but it can be easily resolved by a re-install of the software.
