Difficult to operate.
Went together fairly easy. Would not connect to my apple or HPO. Ordered the offline controller and does not work well. Would like too know how to program the offline controller. Followed directions to operate and it still doesn't work correctly.

Crashed my computer
Flash drive did not work. After messing with it and going threw all my files to find it. There was only one file. After opening the file it crashed my computer. Needless to say I know have a lap top that has nothing on it any more and it takes over an hour to get into to . Irritated . Won’t be buying agian. I thought about reconsidering ordering a replacement but I’m afraid to mess my computer up any more then it already is after using there flash drive

Mostly plastic, not impressed with the quality
Machine is mostly plastic very low build quality. linear bearings are the cheapest ive ever seen, smaller nema 17 motors than my even cheaper but better built 3d printer, spindle carriage is made entirely of plastic minus the guide rods and lead screw( which uses a brass nut press fit into the plastic housing, this press fit is not tight enough the first use it comes loose) over all just not happy with this design, maybe someone else can have better luck

Hardware is fine, software not so much!
Includes everything it says it does hardware wise but the software that comes with it is out of date to the point where it crashed my Mac when connecting it and the directions are lacking. Fortunately there are enough builds on YouTube that you can figure it out.Download the latest drivers and software from the internet and it will work no problem.

No instructions! Power adapter a Dud.
This did not come with any instructions! No assembly instructions, no operating instructions. My husband found some online. Also, I paid an extra $16.99 for fast shipping and it still took 11 days to arrive. I will update review once we figure out how to assemble and operate.Update: Power adapter made a fizzing sound, then light went out.Update: Company sent a new power adaptor.Update: customer service is very good. They respond quickly with advice. Product is still not working but I am impressed with their commitment!
