Stopped working after the first month
When I first received this, it paired and worked fine on my Macbook. However, after a month and not using it very often at all, it no longer works. Does not pair and even after charging doesn't even turn on. Very disappointed.

Great connection
Unlike the white alternatives sold here by various sellers (the ones looking more like an apple product) this is a sturdy keypad. Pairing with my PC via bluetooth was super easy and straight away shown battery %. When not in use disconnects by itself saving up on battery and instantly reconnects when typed with. It is a bit taller than the apple keyboard but this does not cause any disruption. The white version might have been the same colour but the format was a horrible mismatch, here you have the same type (if this matters to anyone else but me).

Product fails
The product has failed after 2 months. All aspects have been looked into by a professional to see if its a product or user issue. The BS button didn't work after 2 weeks which I could live with but now it won't Bluetooth connect at all so is redundant. Useless product. The after care feed on Amazon is not direct so very hard to resolve the problem.

Tough, sturdy, well-made keyboard
So far the keyboard has exceeded my expectations. Links easily via bluetooth, and does just what I want it to. Time will tell whether it survives!

Solid and Effective
I’m very pleased with this little keypad. It’s sturdily built and, although it's quite light, the rubber feet keep it solidly where you put it, so it doesn’t slip around in use. It’s ideal for spreadsheet work, having ‘=’, ‘$’ and brackets, in addition to the standard numeric keypad characters. ‘^’ would have been nice too but it’s hardly a deal breaker. Unconventionally, I position the unit to the left of my keyboard (see jpeg) because the chances are I’ll use it in combination with the mouse, and that gives a more comfortable balance. The keypad sleeps after about 10 minutes (this can’t be user-set), which obviously makes sense to conserve battery life but it does mean that you can’t just start typing on it later on. When you hit a key while it’s in Standby, the blue indicator behind the Num/F16 will light up but the depressed key won’t respond. I have got in the habit, when it’s been left for a while, of hitting ‘Esc’. That wakes it up if it was asleep and doesn’t cause an undesired action, as might happen if you used ‘Delete’ say.Pairing the keypad with my computer (running Windows 10) was very simple or, at least, it was second time around. At first, the computer refused to see it at all. After I rebooted it, everything behaved correctly. I mention this just in case anyone else hits the same problem and thinks it might be a faulty keypad.I haven’t rated the battery life in stars because I haven’t used it for long enough to give a view. It is supposed to last about a year in standby so I’m guessing six months in regular use. The charge time is pretty quick at about an hour.
