Faulty Doll and Pointless Warranty
We absolutely *loved* this doll until both legs fell out because of a faulty pelvic joint that cracked under normal use after only 6 months. There is absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone from the seller or Amazon because all of the customer service is AI-driven and won't route you anywhere you could actually get help. I am extremely frustrated that such an expensive gift for my child has become an expensive piece of trash and there is no recourse at all. I do not recommend that you purchase this on Amazon. Although EVA dolls come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, it does not seem to be in effect if you purchase on Amazon.

Came damaged, otherwise it would have got 5 stars
This item came broken and had to be glued together before giving it to my daughter. For the price of the doll I'm rather shocked at this... If it weren't for the latter, it is actually a great doll for a little one.

Das ist meine erste BJD Doll, habe sie nun seit über einem Jahr und ich bin super zufrieden. Schönes Gesicht, die Gelenke sind sehr stabil und nicht zu locker, die Klamotten fühlen sich hochwertig an und die Perücke ist schön lang, nur etwas dünn m.M.n. im Großen und Ganzen bin ich sehr glücklich sie gekauft zu haben.

Really nice doll
Doll came within time allocation which was really good as it came before a birthday even when the date minimum time was on the birthday 👍🏻 Doll is really good, much bigger than expected but hadn’t read the size which was stated....either way big is also good. Detail is really great only reason for dropping a star is that one of the buttons on her jacket is slightly discoloured which you cannot hide as it’s on the front naturally and are supposed to be black. Apart from that a really detailed doll
