Great coat, flattering and warm. Only four stars because we had problems with a stiff zip, but that has now worked out fine. A well made coat. Delivery was quick and as promised. Great service.

Be careful before you buy this, I’ve had this coat for 3 months now and it is now unwearable without an expensive repair. It’s a nice coat in itself but it has a manufacturing defect with the zip. I’ve always had trouble getting it done up but it’s got worse and worse and now I can’t get the sliders onto the free zip. I’ve taken it to a local repair shop and they’ve told me the zip is not finished properly at the bottom. I’ve seen other reviews with similar issues. My last winter coat lasted 5 years from Tog24, wish I’d gone back to same brand now.

Its great! Easy to waer. The zip working perfectly. Very usable pockets. I went gor size up as being bigger lady. Is perfect. First time in my life the sleaves are not to long . But Im only 5.3 so could be to short for toller girls?I do love it

I received my coat in the post last week and it came in time for me to try it out in all the rain that we have had. I needed a new coat for work, as I am out and about outdoors many times a day. I absolutely love this. It looks great, fits well and it is waterproof. It has got wet through with all the rain but after I have hung it up for an hour or so, it is completely dry again. The hood fits really well (and it is warm as it is lined), as all my other coats the hoods are big and either come down over my eyes or the wind blows them down. I showed my new coat to my mum today and she wants the same coat but in blue for Christmas!
