Very nice case. I like everything about it EXCEPT the fingerprint opening. I had an older version of Lifeproof case and while the rubber bumpers peeled off after awhile the case saved my phone from many bangs, bumps and drops, and finally a severe impact that gouged and spider cracked the screen cover but left the phone pristine. The old version had a good print reader opening though. Using fingerprint with the new case is very difficult.I like that the new version no longer has the rubber side bumpers. I guess they learned that those weren't very durabke.I will say though, I was shocked that the new case did actually come in full retail packaging and included the aux adapter. Nice bonus.

Love the color and slimness of the case. I bought this one over others because of the price drop, otherwise it's usually way too pricey. I've attached a wrist lanyard and have used it for a couple days at the lake with no issues or leakage or fogging on the inside.The only thing I would complain about is the plastic screen protector, as it scratches really easily and will eventually be too scratched up to see clearly. I would suggest turning the "touch sensitivity" on. This will increase the touch sensitivity of the screen which will help with the loss of sensitivity from the screen protector. It definitely helps but I still have to press things multiple times or harder sometimes.Fingerprint sensor still works 95% of the time. You just might have to press down harder and make sure the plastic is clean.

I bought an authentic Fre case in July 2018 direct from the Lifeproof website which protected well, but by August 2019 the inner foam stopped lining up so the case buttons no longer worked. I did not want to spend another $70 on a case that will break down just outside the warranty period so I took a chance with this version shipped by pruneDanish.Pros: Held up to my original case, the case parts seem to be identical. It fits my case securely and doesn't muffle my voice. It has already protected my phone from a drop down hard stairs.Cons: It's not sent in the real product's box, it is missing the screw in aux adapter that is supposed to be included, and buying through a third party seller voids the Lifeproof warranty.

I really wanted to like this case. I love the case itself, it's got a perfect level of sturdiness and 'grippy'ness, and I loved that it was so thin. BUT the screen protector was awful, it gave the screen a fuzziness that made it hard on the eyes and after a day of use I had that awful oil-slick coloring across the screen. Returned.

This is the second time I purchased this case. First one never broke, used for a year, replaced because it was worn looking. First time I dropped this it completly fell apart and my phone went flying out. Now the buttons do not work properly. I will need to order a new case it will be a different brand as the quality has changed an not for the good.

I had a lifeproof case that I bought when I bought my phone, I had to give it to my boyfriend a week ago. I paid a whole lot more for that case since I bought it from Verizon. I looked at both cases side by side, couldn't see a difference. Thank you

I liked the durability of this case. The only downside to this case is the built in screen protector. If this screen gets scratched you have to buy a completely new case. It defeats the purpose of paying so much for a case when it would have to be replaced so easily.

I love this case. I work in my shop which does involve power coating, cutting and drilling wood so I really wanted something that would seal out the dust and dirt. This does the job with no compromise in any of the touch features!

Highly recommend this phone case for anyone. Its super light weight and almost as slim as the phone itself so it is not bulky like other cases. All of your ports are sealed unless you open them and it comes with the aux adaptor piece.You can't beat the price either!

Good case that protects well from water, mud, falls etc. However power button did not even last a year of use. Now unable to press power button through the case.
