It didn't fit daughters beats studio pair , it was a disappointing birthday . Returned for another adapter

Messed up won’t charge....
First of all I would like to say it would be 5 stars if I could contact support. This product worked for 3 days. Now it won’t charge. I want my money back

liked the Shape. Did not fit correctly. The signal kept dropping out. kept coming loose sound went to Mono.

It doesn’t turn off
The product works fine. The only problem that I have is I can’t turn it off. Every time I wanna use it I need to charge it. The adapter all the time has a blue light turned on, can anyone tell me how to turn it off.
