Great little chair if you have -Back and Neck- problems.
While I love this chair and It has great neck and back support which I was looking for. (Jacked up my spine in the military) I'm 5'10 and this chair holds me perfectly. If your any taller than that I can't really see this chair being for you. I could always be wrong but that was the first thing I thought about when I sat in it the first time. The foot rest really just props up your legs more than anything and mine hang over from about my ankle down. All in all its very comfortable from top to bottom with great cushioning in the seat. If your around my height and need a gaming chair with support this one is fantastic...

NICE SEAT
The chair is very well made, the arm rests are a little short, however I replaced the original bolt with a 2.5 inch bolt put it threw the plate hole add a nut, screwed it into the arm rest then screwed down the nut tight at the metal plate. Holds the arm rest firmly at 2 inches higher. Way more comfortable, cost a buck fifty.

Comfortable and well constructed
Been using this chair for over a year now. When it arrived it was easy to put together, no more than 15 minutes. It has been a great chair for long periods of gaming. Everything still working as intended even now. Only issue I have found is that the armrests will begin to crack and peel a bit in places that see the most wear. I found these to be in the spots I rest my elbows at more often. It is not bad wear but I was hoping for it to last a little longer before cracking. Still a very good chair for the price and amount of use it gets.

Not for anyone above 5'10
I'm about 200 lbs 6'1" chair this is my review after using the chair for an extended period of time, for someone my size it is dimensionally uncomfortable causing pressure on the knees when reclined and it doesnt recline enough so you always feel like your sliding out of the chair. Very poor construction, within the first month the tack welds on the base broke and I replaced the bottom, a few further months down the road the back adjustment lever broke free, also leaving the front right side of the chair with a noticeable and uncomfortable sideways slope, upon inspection the welds were terrible everywhere. Both failures occurred during normal use, well under its size limits, would not recommend buying this chair, it was a great idea, built very poorly. For what amazon asks it was fairly easy to assemble, but very uncomfortable out of the box, worsened drastically by breakage, which further made for bad gaming.

Bought for my husband and it was as pictured/described and worth every penny! Trying to assemble was slightly difficult trying to do so by yourself but with help I’m sure it would go smoother. Easy to move out of the way when done using.

for shorter people.
This is the 5th gaming chair I've bought so it's not my first rodeo when it comes to gaming chairs. This time I thought I'd try a recliner. I'm 5'10" 250 lbs. 25 lbs under the listed max weight?. Good news it's plenty wide. bad & weird news is that all my other gaming chairs have high backs & their headrests either fit me or are a little too high. Shockingly the headrest on this chair is at my shoulders when sitting up which is unbelievable for a guy 5'10". When lying it back you can manually adjust it to your neck, but hard to do when sitting up. Luckily I had a AKRacing chair headrest that fits OVER the TOP of the chair not thu the little window. More bad news (for me) is that the foot rest only holds one of my legs at a time. w both legs on it, it collapses (would that be bse of my weight?) at 5'10" my (one) leg hangs out past the edge of the footrest at my ankle. The lumber pillow is HUGE - too big for me, it pushes my back into a uncomfortable position. After sitting in it last night I've ice on my back today. I recommend releasing it from the straps holding it up it & place it loose on the backrest,, or take it off & put it back on when you want a lumbar massage. That vibrates strongly & has different programs. I liked it but no way I can way keep the lumbar pillow on for a long period of time. Also this chair doesn't tilt back as nearly far as ALL of my other gaming chairs do, not even close! maybe it said how far it reclines & I missed it, but I was expecting a lot more recline. & the footrest doesn't go up very high either &, unlike my other chairs, you have to raise it separately from reclining the chair back which is a pain in the butt as my other chairs do this as one seamless motion. With them, the footrest rises as the backrest reclines but maybe I'm spoiled. However, for $350 you can get this feature - trust me, it's worth it. .Do I wish I hadn't bought it?. Yes. But since it's my 5th gaming chairing chair I can't afford another one so I'll make due. To say something positive, it's plenty wide, & if you're say ...5'9" or shorter , & under say...230 lbs & like super large lumbar pillows go for it!

Best chair ever, broke after 5 months
Extremely comfortable chair, we've tried several office chairs so far with no luck until this one. We ended up getting a second chair because of it. We've just hit the 6th month mark and all the welding in the base has come off. We contacted the company (Merax) about buying a replacement and they said because our order was through amazon we needed to contact amazon. Upon contacting amazon we discovered that we were under a 1 year warranty through Merax and that they should have just fixed it for free. So now I'm waiting to hear back from Merax about whether they will honor their warranty. Its a shame the base is poorly made and the company is being fishy about replacing the part because otherwise this is the best chair we've ever had.

Just right!
The design is beautiful like a race car chair, I can move it around thanks to the little rubber studs at base of it and to my surprise has massage lungbar support that you can plug in your USB.
