AMAZING MIX
This pancake mix is amazing, my daughter isn't allowed soya, egg or gluten, We have tried making them but they never worked. Tried this mix and its brilliant, so easy to use and taste like normal pancakes

So much better with eggs
It’s a great pancake mix - I’ve actually used it to make waffles BUT I have added eggs as well. And I’m glad I did . Because when I tested the batter without the egg it was stale and not fluffy at all.So if you’re not vegan and you can eat eggs I highly suggest adding eggs to this mix even though it states it doesn’t need it.

Great vegan pancake mix but expensive
Very good pancake mix for vegans, however not good value for money as same product is available in Waitrose for £2 , more than half the price.

Ordered another straight away, so good!
So so easy to make! Literally less than 5 mins prep then straight on the pan. I love that they are fluffy. Value for money too for gf and vegan! We had a stack each for the two of us! Loads of mixture.
