ThreeH Protective Gloves for Cutting Chopping Slicing Meat Processing Stainless Steel Cut Resistant Gloves GL09 L(One Glove)

Having just put a chisell through my hand requiring 6 stiches and just missing the nerves of my thumb. Mrs C had banned me from my spoon making endeavours until such time i had some protection. I did have a carvers glove which proved to be totally useless the blade went through it like a knife through butter. This glove is metal so it should be ok i had to show mrs C it would work by trying to cut and pierce it with my knives. It worked admirally so I'm allowed to play with knives again. I would suggest the other protective gloves you can get do not seem to work in my experience but this one will stop accidental slips causing trips to AandE. The glove also comes with a cotton inner to make it more comfortable to wear. The surprising thing is the glove is really flexible its not as you would expect an uncomfortable thing to wear. If your going to use very sharp knives and want to protect your hand this is very good.

I find gloves a far better option than guards when using a mandolin, which was the use for this purchase.I have hit the mandolin blade a few times and these perfectly protected by fingers.I found the cotton glove included a little pointless as they are comfortable enough without, although maybe after prolonged uses (I’ve worn no longer than 15 mins at a time), possibly they can become uncomfortable.One negative, one of the closure studs came off on second wear, but didn’t make any difference to me as gloves fit snug.Size-wise I’m 6’2 have relatively large hands and they are a snug fit.

Ideal for Butchers

This is just one glove, the left so if you are right handed look elsewhere. Also check the size, as I have small hands but picked a larger size it its still quite a close fit. I would recommend these to anyone peeling or cutting vegetables, but remember its only cut proof NOT stab proof. If you slip with the knife the point WILL go through.

I bought the glove to protect my hand from knife impact following an accident where I cut my finger.The material is very flimsy and I'm not sure it is even metal. I hit it with a knife and the knife cut through the material. If my hand was in it it would have been cut as well.If you want to protect your hands from cuts buy something else.

after cutting my finger on a bench circular saw these gloves give me added protection form future accidents whilst i am still able to move the wood being cut with ease

Not bad but unable to clean the meat tissue off the glove, I won’t use it again

I am quite impressed with it, but found it very snug indeed as a XXL (because I'm not really an XXL for gloves, but I#d guessed there could be issues with sizing and planned accordingly. The fit is better with the supplied cotton glove, but still.

Unlike the gimmick cloth gloves sold elsewhere these ones are real steel wound into them, did tons of cut tests and these stop it allOnly thing Id say is definately order a size larger than you normally are, if your a medium order a large cause they are a very tight fit!Super impressed, highly reccomend!

My husband is super accident prone so I bought this for him to try to save himself from getting some cuts and it has done the job. The quality seems good and they work well

Solo es importante destacar que es solo 1 guante. Al destaparlo puedes ver que viene un guante blanco para mejor comodidad, y el guante de la malla de metal que te va proteger de los cortes accidentales, si manejas cuchillos filosos.Aunque es importante destacar que de algun piquete no te va ayudar de mucho, ya que si puede penetrar la malla y lastimarte. Pero lo menciono porque no falta la persona, que piensa que soporta de todo.
