Ravensburger Puzzle Skylines - Oakland Bay Bridge 1000pc Jigsaw Puzzle

At the time of writing(12/08/20) this product is labelled slightly wrong. I bought it as a gift for my dad who used to be a civil engineer. I told him it was the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, but he disagreed, saying it was the second bridge in San Francisco. I wasn't convinced as I'd never even heard of another bridge in San Francisco, so I looked it up(but then again I've never even been so ...!). Anyway he's right - it's the Western span of the Oakland Bay Bridge, not the Golden Gate Bridge.Otherwise it seems like a pretty good jigsaw, but he's not finished it yet. Will report back if any problem like missing pieces! Otherwise please assume it was all as it should be.The review page is asking me to rate the "sheerness" of the jigsaw. Sorry but I don't even know what that means![UPDATE 14/10/20: The jigsaw was finished a couple of weeks ago. Dad took great pleasure in informing me that he hadn't done any of it - it was all done by his carers and my sister apparently. That's no reflection on the quality of the jigsaw by the way, he's just a profoundly miserable old sod. Anyway it looked good to me and no pieces were missing.]

I have been getting Ravensburger puzzles for a number of years, mostly at Christmas and birthday times. They are always excellent, and I especially like the What If! ones, where the picture on the box is different to the actual puzzle. I haven't yet made up this particular puzzle, but look forward to doing so when time permits. I know I'll not be disappointed.

A nice puzzle only let down by the 4 missing pieces. Another disappointing end to recent jigsaw purchases.

good quality product and quick service but not the cheapest jigsaw out there. watch you don't have too much "the same colour"
