Umarex Steel Force Semi / 6-Burst CO2 BB Gun w/Red Dot Sight

Must read: my experience with this product and Company was worse than your worst nightmare could ever be. This was my first and absolutely last business deal I will ever do with this company. To explain this very vague because it would take too long to tell the whole story but what I say is the truth so help me God. I purchased a CO2 BB gun from this company gpg Armory. The brand of the gun was a Umarex. One day I decided to browse the amazon.com list of products they sell it and or deliver, then I saw this CO2 BB gun and decided to try amazon.com and was excited. I purchased this BB gun and ordered it with normal delivery and was told it would take up to a week to be delivered at my door. Then 3 days later after tracking my order I learned I wouldn't have it at my door for 2 to 3 weeks. Once I read that I called customer service at amazon.com and inquired to see if I can have my shipping option changed to a faster delivery. Customer service told me that I would need to cancel the gun that was in transit and Order the same gun again with next day delivery and that's exactly what I did. The second gun came the next day as it was supposed to but it was late and I didn't open it that day, instead I opened it the next day when I got home from work. I read the instruction manual thoroughly to make sure I was doing everything the right way and loaded the weapon and put in the CO2 cartridges and went outside for a little target practice and have some fun. It fired Maybe 10 Rounds but they seem to be coming out real slow. So I took out the CO2 and installed two fresh ones making sure the tip was punctured correctly and so on. The second time I used it it would not fire at all, even with no babies it would not even shoot out a burst of air like it's supposed to when it has no ammo. So then I looked into the CO2 cartridge and felt the coldness all around the chamber. I reread the instructions carefully and found out I did everything perfectly. The gun had a leak in the cartridge that holds the CO2. That night or the next morning I called and emailed customer service and was in communication with their Department. That's when I learned that it could not be returned to amazon.com but instead would have to be returned to the third party seller under their return policy. That would be fine to do that, returning it to the gun company but when I read the email I was quoted it would cost $10 for a return label and under there rules if they determine the gun was used my warranty would be void and I would be stuck with it. Since I bought it for the reason of using it oh, I did exactly that. The gun got about 10 minutes of use from me and wasn't right at Jump Street. Their policy seemed leery to me and I was worried I would have a big hassle dealing with them and getting my money back so I called customer service and they told me that I can file a claim under the a-to-z guarantee claim. Also it's States that if I'd prefer they would file the claim for me and that's what I did. I was emailed the next day and had a big apology story from them and they said they would take care of me. Also they told me, and I'm talking about the supervisors and Agents from the claims department that my claim was immediately accepted and I would have my money returned to my debit card within 6 hours which they stated was not there ordinary procedure but because of the problems and hassles that incurred to me that's what they were going to do p. I felt relieved and very satisfied and wrote a reply thanking them so much for doing what they said having my back and asked them how they would like me to send the gun back to them and their answer was and I quote we are not concerned with you returning the gun at all. Keep the gun or throw it away it doesn't matter we just appreciate you bearing with us and not losing faith in their company. Since the gun wasn't even worth keeping for any kind of spare parts it was thrown away like they directed me to do. 2 Days Later the claims department supervisor told me to return the gun to the third party owner within 3 days or my claim was void and I would have to live with it taking almost a $200 loss. Complete shocked and dumbfounded I called and emailed the claims department. After calling and calling speaking to this person at customer service pleading my case begging them to look at all my email messages that they have access to by going into my account and seeing what I was told and promised by their people. The lady avoided addressing all the emails with all the promises and guarantees of my money being returned and very promptly, instead she talked over me and only addressed the emails about me having to return it. She tried excusing the situation and telling me that I should be more knowledgeable on how claims and cleans investigations go. To me I felt that was a very Ball Z statement especially when their supervisors directed me on what to do the whole time. The people in charge there all do their own thing and make their own decisions and Promises to customers and don't know the proper procedures but expected me to know. They tried not to stand behind their co-workers decisions and actions and leave me screwed over a defective BB gun they told me to throw away or do whatever with that I threw away because it was garbage. The point I am making and advice to ,people who read this is not to buy third-party products from amazon.com or gpg Armory unless you are willing Toulouse everything you spent. Amazon.com customer service workers and supervisors are not thorough and have very super poor communications amongst themselves. after about a half an hour of arguing and debating micase she she ended up overriding their claims departments second decision of leaving me holding the bag, paying for a gun having them Tommy to throw it away and promising my money return to my account in hours. I hope the higher up people in charge of supervisors there get knowledge of how they deal with customers. Yeah they all need to be retrained and seriously disciplined on their actions. my brother and sister buy tons of things from their website and turn me on to them in the first place. I have no choice but to tell my family how they treated me, dealt with me and tried to rip me off so they know to buy with Extreme Caution because they will say anything and back out of their promises at any time and not acknowledge the proof in the emails that they have from me emailing them and vice versa. It leaves a horrible taste in my mouth and they should be so embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. I will find a way to get in touch with the right people at amazon.com who are really in charge and have them read all of the messages they sent me with false promises and shafting Me In The End and reading how thorough I explained the whole situation to them, exactly what happened. Be careful buying on their website, especially if it's more than a few dollars. In my case they wanted me to take a $200 loss.

Sweet gun! An excellent overall value. The red/green dot sight is awesome and works great. The gun is right on target and a blast to use. It shoots the burst shots rappidly as expected. We get about two rounds of bb loads before we need to change c02. It would be great if the magazine capacity matched the co2 use. So when your out of bbs its time to change co2. Versus having to reload bbs to get the rest of or the 2nd round of shots done/co2 empty. The other downside is sometimes the co2 mag doesnt take and you have to reinsert it or even have to reload co2. The other complaint is the co2 mag cover removal is a joke. Needs a better design. There is no grip point and you will be uncertain with how to even remove the cover to replace the co2. Otherwise this is really an awesome tactical bb gun. And have no regrets buying it.

Very well built. It's actually made in Japan, so it should be. I've had it for a year now. Very fun, especially with the 6-burst capability. Needs some getting used to targeting through the scope tho. Quite heavy, just like the real one. Not really noisy if you play indoors (eventhough I advice not to, since a BB ricocheting off a wall can be vary dangerous). If you only have the option of playing indoors, just make sure that the wall in front of you is completely covered with something soft (I used old carpets attached together, and hung in my apt garage) to break off the BBs speed, just in case you horribly miss the target. Looks very nice too.Definitely worth the price.

I bought this gun to do a little plinking in the backyard as well as have something to start my kids out when they get old enough. love the 6-shot feature as well as the large bb reservoir. It's made of metal with a durable plastic shroud. good quality with a solid mechanism. I wish it took the 80g large CO2 containers like my sig pellet rifle, but having two at a time is sufficient as well.definitely would buy this again!

I've owned a number of BB guns for 60 years and this is one of the finest I've seen. The faux magazine holds 2 12g CO2 cartridges for high powered single rounds and long bursts in full- auto mode. The stock is fully adjustable, but a bit smallish. Perfect for a young adult learning firearm safety. BB reservoir holds 300 while the magazine hold 30. 3 position safety: Safe, Single Fire and Burst Mode. It fires a six round burst in auto mode that is pure death to soda cans.It comes with a red/green dot adjustable scope and flip up "iron sights". Accurate in my back yard to 75ft. Top and bottom rails for customization.

Wow! I received the Umarex, unboxed it, and spent several hours unloading many BB's. The Umarex is a laud for indoors (basement in my case), but found a very interesting YouTube video addressing this loudness issue ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6TWED053cuY - I do want to give credit to ntheresa1 for this GREAT video).There are a large number of YouTube videos reviewing the Steel Force. Please make sure you watch these videos before making a purchasing decisions.Personalty, I am very content with the Umarex Steel Force. It is a great deal of fun.Thank you.

I bought this in May of 2016 from this seller. I am in love with this BB GUN. I bought this for my son but recently found myself ina wheelchair and needed something to shoot with my son from the deck. He handed me this gun because of the ease of shooting. I can't say enough about this fun gun. And it's accurate love the red/green dot sight too. Buy this and you won't regret it I'm thinking of buying another just to have for my own.

Love it! The "iron sights" are dead on. Will need to zero in the optics. Witch are really decent for what it is!
