Perfect mattress for my daughter, soft just like she wanted. Don't think it would be any good for a adult though.

The product was great but delivery was an issue as it ran late and appeared to get ‘lost’ for several days Was out for delivery for four days

Mattress received in a box sufficiently sized to allow for one person to lift it up a staircase to the bedroom. It's quite heavy at around 17kg so be careful on lifting though. I unpacked the mattress and as soon as the vacuum inner bag is pierced, air will rush in and the process of mattress expansion starts so have it where you want it first. I left mine on the base of my bed rather than the floor and it took up shape very quickly and suitably. I think it says somewhere to wait at least 24 hours for it to attain full shape and expansion but I slept on it on the first evening and all was and has been fine. It's quite a firm mattress but does give a little under body weight but is comfortable and I'm well pleased with it. Switching from a single continuous sprung to a pocket sprung mattress has been a pleasure to experience. I sleep mostly on my back but have found myself in good comfort on my side too. Recommended!

We bought two of these for kids ages 11 and 14. Read the instructions and unrolled them easily on the bed frames. (Zinus metal platforms also a great buy - no building needed at all! ) The mattresses plumped up easily and are good thick and comfy mattress for kids who don't want something too firm. Good value.
