Good Investment!
Great price for a rotating tie rack. I bought this tie rack for my husband not realizing that our apartment closet does not have the normal wide clothes rod therefore I had to go to the store and purchase one. Also, the batteries are placed on one side therefore I had to make some adjustments because it kept leaning to the side with the batteries since it was heavy. I believe this shouldn't be a problem if your closet has the normal wide clothes rod installed. The rotating action is a little slow but works wonderfully. The lights are also not very bright but do work. The clips where the tie hang seem a little weak however have been holding up very well. I wouldn't recommending pulling a tie as the clip might break. Overall, great investment I would buy another one.

Auto Tie rack
The product description is a little misleading it says holds 60+ ties and thats if you double up on each slot which would be ok but the thing is completely made of plastic and the mount is not that universal. So if I was to load it up I imagine I will have a broken tie rack real soon. For the price it's nice but if I find a better model I will pay more for it. Only 8 slots for belts was OK but it only accommodates belts that have an open buckle. Your belts with flush buckles need to find another home. I would just buy 2 but the space it takes up in the closet is a little much for condo living.Lastly the control buttons are poorly designed and do not retract on their own (no spring or tension strip).

WORKS LIKE A CHARM. easy to put together theres no need to take out your closet bar. light works great holds eight belts and 64 ties. best part of all it actually holds the ties very well and keeps them clean and non wrinkled. they also dont fall off. the battery compartment is in the front top part so theres easy battery exchange. the rotor works like a charm, but that really depends on the quality of the batteries you put in. bootleg batteries work great, but burn out quickly. duracell and enegizer last for about a month. and thats considering i use this thing five days a week.

Not bad
In terms of being a tie rack, it is not bad. Way too much plastic, but you get what you pay for. I would have paid more for a metal one, but the way my closet is set up I could not use a more expensive one (shelf almost directly on top of pole). The mounting connector was too small for my closet rod, so I had to modify the closet rod (make it thinner) for the 5 inches this thing takes up. The latches that keep the two parts together are plastic, so I snapped one of them while tightening the bolts on top. Stupid mistake, metal always wins versus plastic.I would say if you have 30 ties this rack may be fine, I have more than that so it is a little cramped. It is impossible to use for belt storage if you have it filled up with ties, when you go to remove a belt the ties will fall off. The actual rotating mechanism is fine, and it works well as of day 1-2.This is a decent and inexpensive product, but keep in mind the things I've mentioned.

Cheap
I ordered this item as a replacement for a more expensive motorized tie rack that quit working. Guess you get what you pay for. The installation design is problematic if you have a shelving unit above the bar you are installing it on. I had to actually remove the shelf because the two tightening screws are too tall. When I was tightening the screws, I heard a crack and the unit began to sag on one side. I removed the unit only to discover that the tabs on the top cap had broken off. Pretty damned cheap as I did not even apply that much pressure when tightening the screws. My unit now has superglue and gorilla tape on it, but it's installed and working. The motor on this thing sounds terrible and is extremely slow. We'll see how long it lasts. Wouldn't purchase again.

Finally!
For more than a half century I have kept my ties on hangers, nails, tie racks that screw to the wall. I found this well-priced item at Amazon. My ClearMax rack was up in running in about 15 minutes and works beautifully. (I even turn it on just to see the ties move.) One warning, use caution in tightening the screws which hold the rack to your closet pole. However, if you break the catch brackets, the company is extremely fast in getting free replacement to you by UPS. Great customer service.

nice
IT is nice and does organize however in the middle of the night and you here a noise and spend an hour figuring out it is the tire rack going around and around and around. Replaced batteries and still does it.

Sturdy / great value for the price
Only seeing this product online, I feared it might be poorly made because the price was so reasonable. But, IT IS STURDY and has a very nice burled wood look. It does not look cheap at all. The price is amazing for the value. My nephew was impressed with the construction of the product and ease with which it would fit over/connect to the pole that holds all his clothes in the closet.

Garbage
Came broken. I unscrewed the whole thing and fixed it but its slow and can't hang belts under it, ties just get caught and bring the thing to a dead stop. Don't waste your money on this.
