iPhone 5s Case, OBLIQ [Skyline Pro][Mint] w/ HD Screen Protector - with Kickstand Slim Fit Bumper Dual Layered Heavy Duty Hard Protection Case for Apple iPhone 5s & iPhone 5

I had an Otterbox Commuter for my iPhone 4s. Loved it. When I upgraded to the iPhone 5c I looked at the commuter again. Not impressed. I wanted 4-sided protection but the 5c version of the commuter leaves the bottom of the phone under protected (IMHO). I looked pretty obsessively at many cases offered on Amazon until I found this one. Search over. This is a two piece case like the commuter but unlike the soft silicone inner layer of the commuter, this case has a rigid rubber inner layer. It does not lose its shape or integrity even though it is not wrapped on all sides by the plastic shell. The two pieces fit over the phone very snugly but is still fairly easy to get off and on. I have had to adjust to how slippery it is. I love that it does not cling to the inside of my pocket (where it spends most of its time) but it is a little slippery in my hands, or on the car seat or couch. A minor irritant that is far outweighed by the benefits of the case. Next time I upgrade, this will be the first case I look at. I'm a fan!

I bought this for my 11-year-old daughter after she dropped an older iPhone 5 that she's using as an iPod and shattered the screen. I paid to replace the screen and digitizer, figuring it was cheaper than buying a new iPod for her. I also picked up this case, thinking that it would be superior to the silicone one she had been using. Less than a week after she got it, the iPhone slipped from her hand and fell about 2 feet, shattering the glass once again.The only reason this gets even 2 stars instead of 1 (heck, if a protective case can protect the device, what's the point?) is that it MIGHT protect from scratches to the back of the phone itself, and the fit of the case to the phone is good. Otherwise, I can't recommend this to anyone. I've dropped my own iPhone, which has a Lifeproof case, from much greater heights on several occasions -- sometimes onto concrete or asphalt -- and the phone has survived unscathed. Do yourself a favor and pay a couple extra bucks to get a case that actually protects against drops, not just scuffs to the phone.

My daughter ordered this for her new phone and loves it. The color is vibrant. The look is sleek. And with it, her phone still fits in her wristlet when heading out. She does need to be extra careful as to not lay her phone on a angled surface, such as a car hood, since the phone can slide off because of it's smooth, hard surface. After seeing hers, her father decided to go with the same brand case for his new phone.

Seemed to really protect my phone but was a little too snug and caused my phone to over heat.

Updated. Very durable case. Be careful about the charging cable that attaches to the iphone. This case has narrow rectangular opening and you have to be careful when you buy a cable based on fit. I had to return a cable because of this.

The case is slick! I mean slippery! I've drop my phone more then ever before since switching to this case. The screen protector is pretty much useless. This looks nice but won't do much to protect your phone.

Slim case but can be slippery at times.

First, it didn't come with the screen protector. Secondly the bottom part of the case is too thick which makes it impossible to plug in auxiliary or charging cords. I was impressed with the quality of the materials but if it's not functional then what's the point?!

Nice fitting case with bright colors. Just wish the phone sat up a little higher when using a card as a kickstand

El diseño de este case es bastante bonito y resistente, yo suelo ser muy torpe con mis teléfonos y me viene bien tener algo como esto para cuidarlo, sin embargo el grosor del iPhone resultó ser demasiado al traerla puesta.
